MM35735****酒店本身位置不錯，建造也比較豪華。可惜保養不到位。本來退房了，特殊情況需要續住，前台經理很好，幫忙協調了一間房，非常感謝。但是酒店內部的充電停車位都停滿了油車，打電話挪車沒有一個來，向酒店求助，居然説停車位不是他們的，不歸他們管。停車位就在酒店的大門口，很顯然是酒店停車位，居然酒店説不歸他們管，酒店就沒有自己的停車位。所以沒有權利去管。我覺得太不可思議了，一個五星級酒店，沒有一個車位是酒店自己的？酒店説我們從來沒有掛牌五星酒店，從來沒有掛牌。但是在攜程酒店設施上酒店是五星級酒店，有充電樁，有停車位。這難道是虛假宣傳嗎？
