The hotel has complete facilities and is very quiet at night. The front desk staff in the north building has a good service attitude and helped to upgrade the room when checking in. Thanks to the gentleman with glasses. The environment around the hotel is very good, there are many restaurants and parks nearby. It is really nice to take a walk. I will come to Water City Hotel next time.

The hotel is in a good location, with parking lots both above and below the ground, which is safe and convenient. There are many delicious foods around. Not many restaurants were open on the third day of the ***** New Year, but the ”Huaiyang cuisine” restaurant that was open tasted very good, authentic Huaiyang cuisine, and is worth recommending. The hotel facilities and service are thoughtful, especially the waiter on the 14th floor is considerate and warm. The hotel gym is well-equipped, well-managed, and the breakfast is rich. I will stay here again when I come to Yancheng.

Facilities: The room is very smart, Xiaodu controls the lights and air conditioning, it is very convenient to turn off the lights when it is cold and you don’t want to get up Service: The front desk service is very meticulous. When I checked in, they asked me about the check-out time and said they would issue me an invoice in advance. I took an early flight in the morning, and I got the invoice directly the next day. The appearance and decoration of the hotel are very beautiful. The lobby is spacious and bright, with modern and luxurious decoration. I immediately felt a high-end atmosphere which made me look forward to my upcoming stay. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The beds are soft and comfortable and the room is well equipped with TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was also very clean with high quality toiletries and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and were always ready to help me solve my problems. When checking out, the front office manager specially packed some snacks for us to take with us. They provided a lot of useful suggestions. Overall, I felt very good about the hotel. Very satisfied with this accommodation experience.

去年回來我們就是在這過的新年，今年還是選擇了這家，遇到了去年的一羣服務員小姐姐們，大家還是那麼熱情，服務還是很細緻。 之所以作為親子出行選擇這家，是因為它們的房型很棒，首先是1.5的兩張雙床房型，非常適合2大2小，或者像我這樣兩大一小（12歲左右的大娃）出行，有一個好的睡眠，才能有好心情，這個房型我是非常非常建議大家選擇的。 其次是房間空間很大，有一個窗台桌椅，有一套單獨的桌椅，很適合小朋友寫個作業，或者點個外賣一家三口坐着吃個飯，雖然在外過年，但也很有家的感覺。 每次退房都很捨不得，期待下次再來。
