This year I chose to come to Yancheng for the Chinese New Year and stayed at the InterContinental Yancheng Gangfu Hotel. Every staff member in the hotel lobby was warm and courteous, making us feel at home. The beautiful lobby restaurant and rich breakfast add to the flavor of the New Year. This time I want to thank the staff of the InterContinental Hotel Hong Kong from the bottom of my heart. On the way back from the hotel, I suddenly discovered that my leather suit was missing. I immediately called the front desk of the hotel. The young man at the front desk immediately helped me find it and contacted the courier for me. Send it back. Thank you to the young man at the hotel for caring about the guests' concerns. This spirit of wholehearted customer service is worthy of praise. I would also like to thank a hotel attendant named LISA who gave us a beautiful small gift when we left the hotel. Her warm smile made us feel like spring breeze. Gorgeous hotel set in an ideal location. The hotel is just a 5 minute Didi ride from most of the local attractions such as, The Yancheng International Street, Water Street and the Yandu Wetland Park. It is everything you would expect from a Hilton Hotel..elegant and clean rooms with warm and friendly staff. The pool was clean and quiet (no raucous children) which was great. Breakfast was tasty. I would definitely stay there again.

The overall service of the hotel is very warm. There are snacks in the afternoon, good night porridge in the evening, and sour plum soup to quench your thirst. We will go to the lobby to drink a few cups of sour plum soup when we come back from our play. The day before we left, it was relatively cold Late train, so the hotel extended the check-out time for us~
