I love this hotel. Every time I visit Xuchang, I select this hotel without any hesitation. Staff are very professional and kind.

Facilities simple but functional. Has dinner at buffet restaurant - seafood not fresh, soups not hot, AVOID. Breakfast buffet simple, good poor quality, porridge not hot. Very poor quality and food not top up often enough. Lousy cooks

There is a lot of water, and there are also double milk, fruit, and two bottles of drinking water from Pangdonglai, which should be unique to Xuchang. Nice hotel, warm service, clean and comfortable rooms. Although the hotel is extremely popular because of Pang Donglai, the front desk service still maintains the level of a star hotel. While a large number of team guests check in, the front desk has special staff to receive individual guests, and give away softbank and bath tickets. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel tastes good, and the Henan stew is delicious 😋 Overall satisfied!

The hotel has a good location and good service attitude. They proactively asked us when we would arrive at the hotel and what our requirements were for accommodation. We said we might not arrive until around 8pm, and asked if we could have dinner at the hotel restaurant. They immediately told us that we could, and helped us arrange a meal after we arrived. The cheapest but best hotel I stayed in during this trip. The hotel service is at the level of Pang Donglai. You can go to the bath center for free at night. It is within walking distance of Pang Donglai Supermarket. The parking lot is large and the sound insulation is very good. You can hardly hear the noise from the neighbors.

The service level at the front desk does not match that of a five-star hotel. It is rather indifferent, lacks service awareness, is in poor sanitary condition, has safety hazards in the facilities, and there are rusty nails protruding from the bedside. I almost got hurt!

Old hotel but well maintained, warm and thoughtful service, free swimming pool tickets, very good swimming pool, the best swimming pool I have ever seen, the water temperature is just right at 28 degrees, the water is clean. Also free bathing coupons. In the evening, I ordered a meal for two in the room, Henan stew, very delicious, plus two bowls of rice and two bowls of soup, the price is only 78 yuan. It's really good value. I had a great stay, and I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Xuchang.
