Not that good not able to sleep due to noise of flights

Good if you are just looking for a place to sleep overnight. Free shuttle bus to the airport. Cleanliness could be better.

As soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of air purifier. In winter, the outdoor temperature was 1 degree, and the room heater was turned to 30 degrees, but it was still a bit cold. Equipment: I took 2 photos casually, and it was quite broken. Hygiene: I bought takeout and put it on the table, and found that there were many stains on the table, which could not be wiped off. 😭: Also, the skin was itchy the next day after waking up

The environment of the room is really not flattering. The walls are moldy and peeling off, and the floor is extremely dirty. There is a smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you enter the room, and the KTV next to it is quite noisy. The service attitude was also not good. When I got off the plane and arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk at night. I didn't answer my phone calls. I had to wait for a long time to check in. The experience was very bad.

I like it very much. The room is well equipped. It is convenient to take the bus and to buy things nearby.

The front desk clerk was very kind. She even knocked on the door in the morning in case we were late. I really appreciate her.

I won't talk about the hardware conditions such as hygiene. The price is there, and I went there just for the location and airport transfer service. We lived right next to it. There was a music restaurant or KTV next door. There was singing there late at night, and I couldn't sleep at all. After communication, it didn't get better. The sound was indeed turned down, but the decibels were still far beyond the standard of nuisance through the wall (we tested it with software), plus I was a light sleeper and had to get up at 5 o'clock the next day to catch the plane. Such a sleeping environment is really unacceptable. The front desk replied: "We have negotiated with the boss next door, and they have turned it down, but they still have to do business!" What does this mean? ! We checked in, and then you go to take care of other people's business and ignore us? ! They also said that the room is full and we can't change the room! But I can still book it on the software. She said that the room is empty, but the cleaning staff is off work and can't clean it, and then turned off the software. What she said may be true, but it's really unbearable to say this in the front and that in the back. In the end, I had to choose to change hotels, but they said that we had already checked in and couldn't check out. Later, I negotiated with the platform customer service, and the most annoying thing happened. The customer service replied to us: "The front desk said that we check in at 9:10 pm and check out at 10:50. If we ask within an hour, she can help us cancel." I said directly that when we went to negotiate, we were told that we could only cancel within half an hour, and we must have exceeded it, so we were thinking of other ways, and then wasted time. But they told the customer service that it would take an hour, which made us very unreasonable. I checked the call records (as shown in the figure below, why are there mobile phone call records? Because the phones in the room are just decorations and cannot be used). Our first two calls were made within an hour, and the third time we went directly to the front desk to negotiate. So who is wasting time? !
