Location is near to railway station and grand mosque The staff is friendly Rooms are clean and tidy Facilities are reasonable However I suggest the management to serve it will be more good if the breakfast will be served with Halal food. Being a Muslim majority city, it will be great advantage.

The rooms at the Sofitel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom offered all the necessary amenities. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. The on-site restaurant served a wide variety of delicious local and international cuisines. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering a generous selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's bar. One highlight of my stay was the attentiveness and genuine care shown by the hotel staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

From the outside, it looks like an ordinary star hotel. When I checked in at the counter and saw the Wangzai doll logo, I suddenly realized that it was a hotel under a food brand group. In addition to the high-ceiling counter lobby, business room type and large bathtub in the bathroom of traditional star hotels, the decoration inside and outside the room is very characteristic of the group. The room is comfortable and there are free snacks and air sterilizers of the group brand inside. The location is about 30 minutes by bus from the high-speed rail station. Next to it is the busy pedestrian street, food street and bus station. There is an airport bus stop 20 minutes away on foot, and life and transportation are very convenient

The location is very good, in the city center, the hotel lobby is very beautiful, Ctrip gave me a free room upgrade, I am very grateful, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. I will choose to stay here again next time.

I stayed here for night, having left the higher rated Wanda hotel due to a lack of AC and being unable to sleep all night. The room and bathroom exceeded my expectations for 4 stars and were very close to 5 star standard IMO. The staff allowed me to check the room(and most importantly, AC) before booking, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if returning to Xining.

The hotel also provides children's toothbrushes and slippers for free, which is very considerate. The free earplugs and hand cream are also provided. The service is really good. There is also a freshly ground coffee machine in the lobby, which is free to drink. The guest rooms are also very clean, and there are many varieties of breakfast. During the May Day holiday, in order to take care of foreign tourists, breakfast also added Qinghai's special fermented skin, sweet mash and dog urine. I will choose here next time I come to Xining!

It was my first time in Xining. The hotel is very close to Wanda Plaza, and there is also Tangdao Commercial Street next to it. There are many delicious foods nearby. When I first entered the hotel, a guy helped me with my luggage. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. Shiying also gave me some fruit and arranged a room that I was satisfied with. The hotel room was very clean, with dry and wet separation, the network was very fast, and the shower head also ran out of water very quickly. I was very satisfied with this hotel and thank Shiying for his help.

There is an underground parking lot for convenient parking, the room is clean, the surrounding environment is good, it deserves to be the best in Xining, the breakfast is very average, the service staff has a weak sense of service, they did not take the initiative to open the door when getting off the car, help with the luggage, the front desk did not smile, and the housekeeper was like a non-existent.

Facilities: The furnishings are quite standard, and the lights in the whole house are electrically controlled by the bedside, which takes some getting used to. The bathroom is not ideal. First of all, the edge of the bathtub is too wide, which is not friendly for people to step in and out, especially for the elderly. Secondly, the water output is small, whether it is a fixed shower or a handheld shower, it is very small. Hygiene: The room cleaning is not very thorough. I basically didn't see the floor cleaning and vacuuming for a few days. Service: The lobby service is not bad. The concierge guy is very enthusiastic. Whether it is taking luggage or guiding parking, he is very thoughtful. Environment: One side of the guest room can see Xining TV Tower (Puning Pearl). The hotel is in the center of the city, and the overall environment is good. Breakfast is OK, but it is basically the same every day. There is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor for evening tea.
