It is rated as 5 star property and they do not have room service. B.fast was very cold. No Ice cube in the Hotel . Location is so bad that you do not get any Normal Taxi you have to call the private taxi like DIDI Bath room shower was not working if you open the tab both the hand and the top shower run together. All towels are kept in Plastic bags seems to us weather to use or not if used hope they do not charge.

The only hotel to stay at when in the city. About 25 minute drive from the train station. Restaurants, bakery and retail are three minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel's facilities, services are first-class, the lobby manager and customer service to very enthusiastic, patient, make people feel like home warm. Whenever we go to Xingtai in the future, we will definitely stay here. Thanks to all the staff!

We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been. However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

I was here for a week and the staff is very helpful. Lily at the front desk is super sweet and helped me find what I needed. This hotel smells really nice and they give you plenty of water! 👍👍👍

We drove through the Taihang Mountains in the three provinces of Hebei, Henan and Shanxi, and stayed at Xingtai Wanfeng Hotel at the last stop. The reception was warm, the hotel hardware and software were very good, the rooms were large, the temperature was suitable, the hygiene was good, the beds were of good quality, they also provided midnight snacks, the services were thoughtful, and the swimming pool was in good condition... It helped the travelers to get rid of their travel fatigue.

The hotel environment is very good~ We chose a family suite with a very cute Doraemon theme. It is also equipped with children's toiletries, fruits and small gifts, which are very detailed and the children like it very much. The hotel has a high number of floors. If you live on a high floor, you will have a wide view and a very good experience. The breakfast is also great, with a rich variety, especially the bean paste and pancakes, which are highly recommended. Wontons are also good. In short, it was a really good stay. It is worthy of being a well-established five-star hotel! 

The most luxurious hotel in the area, I stayed in a high-rise room with a wide view and good scenery. There is a swimming pool on the first floor (opening hours 12:00-21:00), the buffet is very rich, and the breakfast is even better! The overall service is good, and the zero-pressure room is upgraded for free after check-in, and the bedding is more comfortable. Recommended!

The first time I visited Xingtai, I chose the only five-star hotel in the area. Sure enough, the hotel was really magnificent and the parking lot was so big. Unexpectedly, the front desk beauty Xiao Zhao enthusiastically told me that everything was arranged. Not only was it upgraded, but it was also arranged on the sunny side according to my choice. If it feels hot, you can adjust it again! Like it. Later, Manager Zhang at the front desk checked me in and personally sent me to the elevator. He also said that if there is anything, please contact me at any time! Like Manager Zhang, who makes guests feel at home! The room is comfortable and tidy, with a panoramic view of Xingtai, a smart toilet, clean bedding, delicious fruits, and a welcome shape. Every bit reflects the warmth given by the hotel! I got up late in the morning, and the restaurant staff smiled and served many times to remind me to take more, and the meal was about to close. A silver uniform should be the manager. Seeing that I didn’t have much milk, I hurried over to help take it! Like the beauties in the restaurant! Beautiful Xingtai and warm hotels have left me with good memories!

This is the only five-star hotel in Xingtai. The facilities in the house are traditional in style, but the various facilities, toiletries and slippers meet the five-star standards without any ambiguity. I stopped by Xingtai for one night on my way back to Beijing. The experience was very good, especially the buffet breakfast provided by the hotel, which was rich in variety and cost-effective. The hotel has a basement and ground parking lot, with charging piles, and is tram-friendly. The front desk manager Wang Chengyu is enthusiastic and professional, and has maintained the image of the hotel very well.
