What a filthy dump. Definitely pick another place in Xichang. I’ve been traveling in Sichuan and Tibet for nearly a month. This is the worst hotel, by far. I stayed in two other Holiday Inn Express and rated them both 5 in every category. Litang and Xinduqiao. This one however horrible. The room was absolutely filthy - carpets disgusting - muddy footprints in bathroom. Room 708 is a pig sty. Holiday Inn IHG should be embarrassed. The only redeeming item was the breakfast room was absolutely clean - great breakfast selection (even though I am not a breakfast eater) How can the food facility be so clean and the room so dirty? Go somewhere else. Service folks might try smiling or even saying speaking at all during check in. The folks at the other two Holiday Inn’s were very welcoming and friendly.

Excellent service and location and at the desk the lady was so helpful and upgraded our room to suite 😀 we arrived late so she offered us better room as we were on pur honey moon trip . .

Front desk staff 陸远云was very friendly and helpful. But hotel looks a little tired and requires some renovation.

Both Atour and All Seasons breakfasts can be served until 1 pm at the latest. 3. The housekeeping staff did not change the bed sheets and duvet covers after cleaning the room. After returning to the hotel in the evening and calling the front desk for feedback, they went downstairs to do laundry. The front desk was still chatting there and said that the bed sheets and duvet covers were not changed after calling the hotel. It felt like a small guest. The topic is big and there is no sense of service at all. 4. The laundry room actually requires a credit card, and the washing machine is actually a household version. Now Hanting has commercial washing machines. Washing and drying can be done in 2 hours. This store actually takes 6 hours, and the laundry room doesn’t even have a bottle of water. The operation of the washing machine is also very troublesome. When you go to the front desk, the front desk also asks you to read the operating instructions yourself. She also told the elder sister that it would be delivered to the guest room after drying. She agreed, but it was not delivered until the morning. I had to go to the front desk to get it myself, even with the basics. The laundry bags are not placed in the laundry room, but are placed at the front desk. With these savings, it would be better to directly transform into an economical brand. Weisa should be mid-to-high-end, the worst Holiday Inn Express in the country. 好多年沒來西昌了，這次來體驗感超級超級好！ 因為借了車，酒店這次選擇的市中心假日酒店。不得不説位置非常方便，到哪裡去都很近，樓下麥當勞、星巴克、瑞幸、霸王茶姬等都有，旁邊一條街的美食特別多，燒烤、中餐應有盡有，小漁村燒烤特別推薦。 酒店房間乾淨整潔，服務非常好，特別是前台小陳。入住後就加了微信，有需求都可以微信上提，並立馬解決，服務效率衹高！我説因為小孩愛打光腳，能否讓客房服務消毒下地毯，小陳馬上主動建議要不第二天給換個地板房，非常貼心，用心在為客人想辦法！ 這次西昌之行，天氣好，心情好，感受的服務好。下次來西昌還會選擇這家酒店！

特別表揚李宗英前台服務員，指導我們怎麼停車，幫我們2個房間安排在一起，幫忙用機器人送小童拖鞋牙刷等。 還是連鎖酒店好，非常規範，一路上定的當地特色套房都空有“照騙”，還是洲際假日酒店的好，環境乾淨、設施齊全、一樓還有咖啡機、休息區等。

春節帶娃旅行住智選假日是非常明智的，房間很乾凈日出景觀房很舒服，前台的接待小陳很貼心，在條件允許的情況下給我們續了同一間房。酒店晚上 6 點開始提供的銀耳湯藕粉那些小吃很好吃，還有棉花糖咧。自助早餐超豐富， 茶飲現磨咖啡無限自取也超棒。
