When she saw that we brought our baby, she immediately upgraded the room and gave us breakfast. The location of the hotel is really good, with a whole beach. The room was clean and tidy. I was particularly surprised to see the sunrise in the room the next day. I was a little disappointed about the food. Because it was not the weekend, the Chinese restaurant did not provide meals, so we had to go out to find food. The replenishment mentioned on the Internet for breakfast was not timely, but everything was there, and the food quality was also online... But I feel that Kelly's smiling service can completely cover up this little regret. Well, I will choose Sheraton again when I come to Xiangshan in the future.

We had a good stay. The hotel staff Sam was very helpful. They gave us an upgrade, and we're attentive. Nice fireworks was organised on 31st night next to the beach thus, it was a grand start to the new year. Though, hardly any staff spoke English except for Sam, yet they were able to help via translation through WeChat. On 31st night the Buffet dinner just had Chinese food selection and not much vegetarian option, when we asked if they could do any other vegetarian dishes, the manager and the chef went out of their way, and to our surprise they served us Indian style fried rice and vegetables korma and barbecued veggies... What could be better than this thoughtful gesture... On top of that they made the dinner complimentary for us. Many thanks for your warm hospitality. We will certainly be back at this amazing hotel. 👍👍🙏🙏

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. Standing in the yard, you can watch the tides. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We were originally scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, but we were delayed and arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. The housekeeper was waiting for us at the hotel and helped us check in and move our luggage. The room is quite large and clean. Any questions can be answered in the housekeeper group. It is a great experience. I will stay here again next time.
