Room very nice, clean comfy with superior quality furnishings (though a nicer carpeting would be better). Location convenient, hotel literally at metro entrance. Woman at breakfast room & cleaning staff were friendly & hard working. One issue that bothered me was the strong cigarette smell that persisted throughout my entire stay, though this was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel.

The location is good as it is just beside the metro station. The room I have stayed in is clean and the hotel offered the basic amenities that I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast, the choice is limited and it is almost the same every day. Overall, if you are looking for a basic hotel room to stay, you can choose this hotel.

Very convenient locations close to many local foods and the metro station no.2 gate is in front of the hotel lobby. The staff very efficient and helpful. Will come back to stay next trip in November. Thabksto all the staff at reception and chambermaids. CBLim Singapore

Several issues occurred during my stay that I feel could’ve been easily resolved had their housekeeping team been more vigilant. For example, the cold water didnt work from the bathroom faucet, no toilet paper, hairdryer was broken, and window couldn’t close fully. These were resolved eventually by the staff, but took multiple requests to get them to fix one thing. Almost like I made a request and they immediately forgot. At least the property is right next to a subway station. That’s its saving grace.

This hotel is really good. The front desk staff provided good guidance and service. The accommodation environment was very quiet at night. The hotel has good facilities and excellent service. It is close to the exit of Houpu subway station and convenient for eating around. It is especially convenient to go to Dongdu Wharf without transferring and just a few stops away. I have extended my stay for 2 nights.

👍 1. Excellent location, the subway station is right in front 2. There is a small night market nearby 3. Takeaway food delivered to your room is convenient 4. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on, and it is a big bed. Turning over will not affect the other person, and the CP value is high. 5.
