Atour Hotels in Xiamen

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in at Xiamen. It is very close to the beach and the atmosphere is awesome. The hotel has a big swimming pool and a sitting area. It also has a reading corner where you can sit and read. The hotel rooms are impeccable. It is fully equipped with modern amenities, and it's very clean and neat. On top of all, all the front desk executives are professional and welcoming. The customer service was topnotch. I therefore recommend this hotel for any traveller.

這次獨自來廈門旅行，本以為衹是一場普通的出行，卻因為一家酒店和一羣温暖的工作人員，讓這段旅程變得格外難忘！剛到酒店時，我拖着沉重的行李，累得要死。酒店工作人員立刻迎上來，笑容滿面地接過我的行李，還貼心地詢問我是否需要幫忙預訂周邊景點的門票和餐廳。在辦理入住手續時，他耐心地為我介紹酒店的各項設施，從健身房、洗衣房的開放時間，到早餐的供應地點和特色菜品，事無鉅細！ 旅行第二天，我計劃去一個較遠的景點，擔心迷路。前台的落落得知後，主動拿出地圖，詳細地在上面標註出最佳路線，還提醒我哪些路段容易堵車，建議我選擇公共交通出行。不僅如此，她還推薦了景點附近幾家口碑不錯的小吃店，告訴我哪些是必嘗的特色美食。按照她的建議，我不僅順利到達了景點，還品嚐到了地道的當地風味，那一天的旅行體驗好到超乎想象~更讓我感動的是旅行途中突發的小狀況。那天遊玩回來，我突然感覺身體不適，有些發燒。無奈之下，我撥通了前台電話。沒想到，不到十分鐘，工作人員就帶着温水、體温計，冰袋和濕毛巾來到我的房間。她輕輕將冰袋裹上毛巾，敷在我的額頭，又把温水遞到我手邊，反覆確認我有沒有其他需求。看着她忙前忙後幫我調整空調温度、拉好遮光窗簾，在陌生城市生病的無助感瞬間被驅散，心裏滿是温暖。在這家酒店入住的每一天，都能感受到工作人員們無微不至的關懷。他們不僅用專業的服務解決我的各種問題，更用真誠和熱情，讓我在異鄉也有了家的感覺。離開酒店時，心裏滿是不捨，也由衷地感謝這些在旅途中給予我幫助的可愛人們。這段經歷，也讓我對這家酒店有了深厚的感情，以後若再來這座城市，這裏一定是我的首選！住亞朵，從來沒有失望過！

It’s my first time to stay here. The room is very clean and tidy. Atour’s bedding is very comfortable and it’s easy to sleep. The hotel is in a great location with a lot of parking spaces. It’s very convenient. It’s very close to the software park. It’s newly opened and has no smell. The decoration style is very simple. The service of the little brother and sister at the front desk is very good. The homemade tea is delicious and I love it. There are many kinds of breakfast. Like it 👍

A very good travel experience. The hotel is clean. There is a BRT and subway station downstairs. The distance to Xiamen North Station or Xiamen Station is appropriate. It is very convenient to eat nearby. The living functions are good, the sound insulation is good, and it is very quiet. The breakfast provided by the hotel is rich and delicious. This is the first time I choose Atour. Next time, I will choose Atour again🥰.

This is my third time staying at Atour. I chose this Atour when I went to Xiamen on a business trip before May Day. It has basically all the facilities a chain hotel should have, and the rooms are relatively large. It just feels a bit remote, with buildings being built on both sides, and not much to visit nearby. The ground parking is shared with the hotel restaurant next door, so it's quite tight. I just saw the following special items, but the hotel didn't provide them. I wonder if I have to ask for them proactively?

As a VIP member of Atour Hotel, I always put it first in every trip. This time on a family vacation in Xiamen, I chose Atour again and specially booked a parent-child duplex room. The children showed great interest and curiosity in this room type. The cleanliness and comfort of the room are first-class, and the hotel's breakfast is also impressive with rich and diverse varieties.

Hotel opened in Dec 2024, all amenities are brand new. Check in staff named Guyue very helpful and detail in explaining the rooms and booking process. Was given free breakfast. Self service laundry & supper provided. After checked in found room sewer smell strong, called housekeeping & they immediately sent technician to clear the pipes. Room facing Laohucheng, 630am there will be garbage truck coming hence noisy for 10 min. Network coverage very bad, difficult to load pages when using apps.

Relaxed stay! In my opinion, the hotel has a great location. You can reach both the fish market and the Hulishan Fortress in a very short time by taxi. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet also offered a sufficient selection. Despite not speaking English, the staff were always very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will be back!

亞朵酒店24年新開酒店，絕對是 TOP 級體驗！房間寬敞明亮，辦公桌、護眼枱燈、高速 WiFi 一應俱全。空調靜音效果超棒，晚上睡覺完全不受干擾。健身房器材新且全，2樓通向塑膠跑道，早上晨練超方便。最驚喜的是提供免費洗衣烘乾服務，還貼心地準備了熨燙工具👔。前台還能幫忙代收快遞，服務太周到了！商務出行選這兒，省心又高效，必須五星好評！ 此次親子出行，選的雙床房，房間帶陽台，超級舒服！

This hotel is really great! The service attitude is super good, the room is very clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The guy at the front desk gave me an Atour 2nd generation experience pillow, which was so comfortable to sleep on. I fell asleep as soon as I lay down on it at night. It was really comfortable. The hotel's midnight snacks were also very delicious, and there was also oden, all of which were my favorite skewers. The service was very thoughtful and I was very satisfied.
