I stayed at this hotel in China for a few days and I am very grateful to the staff for their warm care. My visa is overdue and I need to return to my country as soon as possible. I need RMB cash to buy air tickets that day, but my bank card can't be used. Only one credit card can be used normally. Mr. Zhou, the hotel staff, took me to the bank to help me deal with the card problem throughout the process. Although there is a language communication barrier, it was perfectly solved. This is my first time to China, and I feel very good. The Chinese people make me feel very friendly. I like China very much, and also like Yaduo.

Ventilation and temperature control in public areas need to be adjusted: there is no air conditioning in the aisle on the sixth floor (restaurant, washing (clothes room)), and the high temperature environment affects the experience, especially the waiting feeling is stronger when washing. It is recommended to give priority to solving the temperature control problem in these two areas. 3. Customer complaints feedback needs to be ”solved first, explained later”: new towels fall off floating hair, The front desk only apologized and did not actively provide solutions (such as disposable towels). Guests need practical solutions, not simply explaining that ”the towels are new so they shed hair”, which is more in line with Atour's service tonality. 4. This is a very new Atour hotel. Very high quality with the rooms' amenities , beddings and their pillows as already known. Good breakfast varieties. Very happy with all the staffs from managers to security officer on front door. Will use the hotel again next trip. The location is just next to Metro and BRT station.

We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 in the afternoon. As soon as we walked in, we felt that the service of this store was very good. Every staff member was very enthusiastic, especially Yuanzi and Twelve. They were very nice. They also took us to a very delicious barbecue restaurant. They told me that it was opened by people from Xinjiang and it was really delicious. They also shared the word ”fate” with me. If we didn't come here, we wouldn't meet and become friends. Everything is because of our fate. Then we talked a lot while eating barbecue in the barbecue restaurant, which made us feel that this trip to Xiamen was very worthwhile. They were really super enthusiastic. I strongly recommend it. I will definitely come to Xiamen again next time I have the chance. I am very happy to meet these two good friends Yuanzi and Twelve! ! !

The location is perfect if you are visiting Jimei University. It is just beside the gate. In front of the hotel is Wanda Mall. The hotel serves good breakfast. They change the menu of the main dishes everyday. There are about 4 vegetables and one meat that changes every day. They also serve good noodles. The hotel has a laundry room. You can wash your clothes for free. The food in the mini bar are all free. They provide drip coffee and leaf tea in the room. The staff are helpful. My aircon won't cool and they went to my room immediately at 3am to change the settings. I highly recommend this hotel.

When going out during the flood season, pay attention to street billboards, telephone poles and manhole covers. Do not take shelter under trees. It is not recommended to go out. Booked for the Xiamen Marathon, seven minutes walk from BRT, with relatively complete supporting facilities. It is great to have laundry service after the marathon. I have decided to stay here again if I win the lottery for the Xiamen Marathon next year.
