Excellent stay at Atour Light. The front desk staff are incredible, especially ChenChen, who helped organise trips and deal with any issues that arose. They go above and beyond for you. The hotel also has little extras, like a free laundry service that give an even better experience. Great location, right next to a huge shopping mall and a subway very close by. Many thanks for a treat trip.

We haven’t stayed in such a wonderful hotel for a long time. We traveled all over the world in mid-range priced hotels and have not experienced such friendly staffs no matter they are at the front desks, room services, or in the laundry rooms! The lady in the laundry room even attended our clothes in the washer and dryer. When the laundry is completed she fold our clothes and delivered to our room. What a service 👍

I rarely review hotels, but the Atour Hotel in Xiamen really wins my heart. I always stay here every time I come here. First of all, the location is close to Guwei Mountain and the subway, and it is not far from the cruise center. The service attitude at the front desk Nice and very friendly. The lobby is also comfortable and you can read books. For those of us on a business trip, the laundry room is a blessing, and their laundry room has a dryer which is very convenient. The room is quiet and one side faces Guwei Mountain. I have stayed there There are so many hotels under Atour, including Shanghai Sahe and Atour X. Currently, this one has the best overall value for money!
