Excellent hotel! We loved the room. New and modern. We stayed in a room with a king-size bed, which has a wall-to-wall window. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, well laid out, and featured a Dyson hairdryer. The hotel’s location is perfect. It’s practically next to the Bell Tower, almost right across from a metro station, and just a 5-minute walk from the Muslim Quarter and a mall. The breakfast is Chinese-style, but we really liked it. As for the staff, I have nothing but praise. They were extremely attentive, thoughtful, and very helpful — special mention to the staff member Xiao Wang, who was a true example of excellent service and went above and beyond to make us happy.

A good place to stay in budget, just a few mosquitos maybe because of the season, apart from that everything is good, location is closed to tourist attractions, only down side for me is no mini fridge in the room during these 37-38 degrees days, but then again it’s a budget place so can’t complain, would highly recommend it if you want to come to Xi’an for a short stay with small cost

This hotel is perfect in all aspects. The location is so convenient where it's surrounded with all types of shops and the metro is just 2 mins walk away. There are plenty of taxis we can hail outside the hotel too. Taxis in Xi'an is very cheap and a reliable way to travel around. At night, there are street food trucks selling supper and no one will go hungry staying at this hotel. The hotel itself even provide free supper at 2100hr. The hotel staff are very friendly and there is free laundry to use in the hotel. We were there for 7 nights and did two rounds of laundry and not to to worry abt not having enough clean clothes to wear. The hotel also allowed us to check out later at 2pm instead of 12, at no cost. We booked a triple-bed room and it's big enough for 4 pax. I will definitely book here again the next time I come back to Xi'An.
