We loved our stay at the Zhonlou Yuantuo Hotel! The hotel was very conveniently located to the Bell and Drum towers, as well as the Muslim Quarter. The hotel reception and communal areas were very clean, but the corridor leading to the rooms looked dirty and lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. The room also didn’t match the pictures shown on Trip.com, which was a huge disappointment at first. However, the staff later improved the situation by replacing a dirty cushion, and the reception staff’s service was truly outstanding. My only criticism is the overall quality of the room.
