Country Inn & Suites by Radisson，Xi'an Bell & Drum Towers Flagship Hotel

Very good service by lady at reception. 5 Star to her particularly. Even offered to order for me from local food delivery app when I checked-in in the middle of night. Robot butler available. Pillows could be a little better. AC did not work for us but to be fair I never called the reception as it was really late and I didn't want someone coming into room. Wifi worked at night but didnt work properly in the morning. Airpurifuer in the room was a nice touch.Breakfast spread was decent but even hot dishes didnt feel hot rather a little cold. Location is right next to wall which was superb but far from xianbie railway station ( you will need to go there to take high speed trains and not xian railway station which is next door). Lastly and most importantly, I booked a non smoking room and it took airpurifier, window and me around 3 hours to get the smell out to the point i could sleep. PLEASE GET SMELL OUT BEFORE GIVING IT TO NEXT CUSTOMER. Hallways also smelled of smoke which i guess is guest smoking and not hotel's issue in particular.

Great value, big room. Free flow snacks and drinks in the lobby too.

Excellent hotel besides Xi'an Wall East Gate. Ms Angel at reception was very kind and help us to swap immediately our day breakfast. It was hassle free for us. Excellent facilities and ambient. Highly recommended.
