This hotel is very cost-effective for the surrounding area. It is very cost-effective to book with Ctrip. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a good rest. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. They introduced the surrounding food, drink and shopping, as well as Xi'an travel guide, which is very considerate.

It’s late getting off the expressway, and many stores are closed. I stayed at Ibis before, and I booked it immediately when I saw that there were still vacancies on Ctrip. The service from the lady at the front desk was very good and friendly, and she even upgraded the room type for us for free. It’s really special Great, the parking lot is not far away, the breakfast supply is still being improved, it is relatively simple for the time being, but the service is really nothing to say, I want to eat in the room, and the waiter helped me bring the breakfast to the room, it is really home away from home, a new room The facilities here are very new, I recommend everyone to stay here.

Hotel is located 5 minutes from many eateries and restaurants. Check In was easy. Staff had no communication issue using translated though they don't speak English. Surprisingly good breakfast and all staff from reception, restaurant, to manager were very nice. Service and respecting guests was better than western hotels in USA, Europe and other parts of Asia. Room is huge, clean, and well equipped.

We arrived at Xi'an North railway station from Chongqing around 11.30 pm. So, ibis hotel is one of the nearest hotels. We arrived by taxi & it costs only 10 Yuan & it is refundable by ibis hotel 👍. We washed & dried our clothes before traveling to our next destination. Breakfast is also nice & my son really loves the yogurt drink. The next morning, we went to the nearest subway station going to Xi'an city centre. It is walking distance & very convenient for our family of 3 (2 adults + 5 year old kid).

This is an excellent place to stay, our apt was being painted so we needed a place for a week, the hotel staff allowed us to checkin early and were so helpful throughout our stay, would definitely stay again.
