Facilities: The gym and pool are quite large, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options, with delicious bread. Hygiene: The room was clean and spacious, and I was greeted by a pleasant scent upon entering. Environment: The hotel has a garden-style setting and is very quiet. With the rain, the lake view was incredibly atmospheric. Service: Our personal butler, Daisy, provided excellent service, responding to our needs immediately and even providing welcome fruits. Overall, the experience was fantastic, a perfect score!

Excellent Stay – Truly the Best! My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights during the National Holiday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We arrived just after 9 a.m. after taking an early train from Chengdu, and to our surprise, the hotel immediately provided us with our room — no waiting at all! They even gave us a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast options were amazing, with a great variety and high-quality food. This is honestly the best hotel we’ve stayed at overall. Although it’s a new hotel, the service was outstanding — every staff member greeted us warmly wherever we went. Communication in English was smooth and easy, which made everything even more comfortable. We truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from the entire team. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!
