Absolute perfection, the hotel is a stand-Jo alone buidling without mixing with other hotels which makes it safer. check in process was smooth as well. 2 mins walk to the nearest station, close to the city wall, bicycles are just outisde. Their service are good and 24 hrs responsive. There are convenience stores next to the hotel and food stalls within walking distance. Room chosen was upgraded automatically for us. Even tho the view from the room not able to see city wall very well, but the windows are big with good lighting into the room. No complains there. AI smart function useful as well. Room clean and modern. Will come here again and recommend friends/international travellers here.

The room had some black marks on the wall but only in one or two places. The desk team were helpful and were happy to give water and coffee when we asked for it. Breakfast had good choices such as toast and croissants, hot dishes of vegetables, and plenty of drinks such as tea, coffee, juices, and soy milk. I had an overall great experience at Titan Hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, very clean and comfortable for my needs. The air conditioning was not working due to it being spring time and I was told it would start working in 2 weeks after my stay. Luckily the windows did open and it was a cool breeze that would come in. My only suggestion to the hotel was not to put guest that smoke on the same floor as the non smoking. In China many many people smoke. The hallway may have had the scent of smoke but my room never smelled like it. Otherwise this hotel was great near a metro station. Also the breakfast was great.

Very lucky to book the last special room. I thought the special room was relatively small, but it turned out to be the last one at the end of the corridor. The bathroom was large, the decoration was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. There are large shopping malls within a few minutes' walk, and there are many bars about 1 km away. Century Lianhua is downstairs, and the transportation is also very convenient. I am very satisfied

I lived without windows and airtight, I went in and closed the door as uncomfortable as at night. The hotel is on the second floor and the third floor. It seems to be noisy by students. The sound insulation effect is very poor.

2nd stay in a month. As mentioned earlier; supposedly a hotel with smoke-free rooms but we still encountered cigarette smell whenever we stepped into the restrooms located in the lobby area and even see randomly discarded cigarette butt at our lift lobby bin. Feedback previously was noted by hotel staff but I guess smoking on premises are fairly common and do not seem to be once-off incident.
