Great and helpful staffs. The hotel is nice and extremely comfortable. The location is not too far from the Bell Tower, you can just book an e-hailing service with an average of about 12 yuan.

The facilities are very new. The air conditioning unit, in particular, felt like it had just been cleaned; the air blowing out was wonderfully cool, and the unit itself was spotless, free of dust, as if it had just been installed. It had been extremely hot in the days leading up to my stay, but the room felt perfectly cool and fresh upon entering, not stuffy at all. The afternoon tea selection was quite varied as well; I've stayed here before and enjoyed it daily. They also delivered complimentary snacks to the room upon check-in. The butler gave a very detailed and thorough introduction to everything. Excellent.

The floor of the room is very clean, the sheets and pillowcases are neat, and the bath water is quite nice and hot, which allows tired people to relax well. The whole room is very warm, the room service is in place, and you can see the night view of the ring road at night, which is really good. The breakfast buffet restaurant has a wide variety of food. It has everything you want to eat. It is impressive and I will come again next time I go on a business trip. The parking lot is free and there are plenty of parking spaces.

I’m absolutely blown away by my stay at the Xi’an Jinling Purple Mountain Hotel during my trip to Xi’an from the US! The newly renovated interiors are luxurious and elegant, and the guest rooms are so spacious—you could practically dance in them. The king-size bed is so comfortable, once you lie down, you won’t want to get up. But the highlight has to be the high-tech amenities: that fully automatic spa toilet is next-level! And don’t even get me started on the breakfast—it’s a total hidden gem. From roujiamo (Chinese hamburgers) and duck blood vermicelli soup to all kinds of authentic Xi’an noodles… it’s a feast of genuine Chinese flavors, letting you savor all the culinary highlights in one go. This experience is definitely way beyond five stars!

The skyscraper is very large and beautiful. The rooms are nice and have all the amenities. We were given a free room upgrade. There's a beautiful pool and a gym available. Towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds of food, with chefs preparing typical Xi'an dishes on the spot. Above all, the staff was very kind, accommodating all our requests and offering us yogurt drinks, desserts, and soups for dinner or a snack completely free of charge. Some of the staff speak English, but with WeChat, you can communicate with a translation tool. I recommend it! Excellent value for money.

This was my first time in China, and i was absolutely impressed . I got a clean and tidy room, with modern design, toilet which i could normally use, hot water which was kinda like blessing. Even if it was not very long, i quite saw a lot of things. The location was also good i could just walk around and not be afraid of anything, which is very important for solo travelers, especially if they are girls. The staff was great, they are very kind, friendly and supportive. The front desk agent, Dany, was very pleasant and tried to help me even with my bad chinese. As such, i would like to tell you that it was one of the most outstanding experiences I had in china and that I will certainly return here one day. Thank you

Absolutely thrilled! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's environment was great. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and kept everything spotless. The room was quite spacious, well-appointed with all amenities, and offered a fantastic stay. The soundproofing was also excellent. A special mention: The day before yesterday, the housekeeping staff even placed my plush toy on the pillow when they cleaned the room. It was such a thoughtful touch that really warmed my heart and was incredibly comforting. Thank you so much!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel and especially by the staff. The check-in process went very smoothly and we were allocated a huge room! The room was inspired by Captain America and had a play area with a tent and the single bed sheets decorated with Captain America and huge stuffed animals. Special mention to Flora Feng, the Customer Service Manager, who visited us in our room and offered us a nice welcome kit. Not only that, but she helped us make reservations for our visit to the Terracotta Warriors due to our inability to use Chinese-only mobile apps. It was not her role but she helped us using her personal mobile phone with great involvement and willingness to help. They made us feel at home! The breakfast was very varied with lots of choice. Don't miss it!

This trip is too good for the hotel! The location is super convenient, you can walk to the subway station and the business district in a few minutes, shopping and eating are super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and it relieved the fatigue of the journey as soon as I lay down. The service is nothing to say, the front desk lady is warm and patient, check-in is super fast, and also took the initiative to recommend local specialties and play routes to us. The aunt who cleans the room every day is also very careful, and will arrange the items neatly and replenish the toiletries. The environment is good, the price is really super high, I will choose this next time, I have recommended it to my friends!
