The hotel is good and in a great location, 1km to Tang Dynasty City. The room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The soundproofing is average.The breakfast is good, Friendly front desk service.

The hotel was clean and tidy. It was a 20 minute walk from Datang Everbright City and 20 minute taxi to the old city wall. The receptionists are helpful and were patient with my slow, sentence by sentence approach translation conversations. We enjoyed our stay! 环境干净整洁，地理位置便利，服务好，前台的婵婵给了我们很多热心的帮助，我们非常喜欢住在西安这家桔子水晶酒店的体验。

The hotel is walkable from the wild goose pagoda area and it’s not on a major street so getting a ride is not much of an issue. We switched rooms a few times due to different issues (smell, dirtiness of the walls/bugs in the lights/noise/tv) but the front desk staff have been friendly and helpful with the challenges. I would suggest staying on a higher floor and check out the room and equipments before committing for multiple nights. Also the bathroom photos posted did not match what the hotel gave us. The photos posted showed more counter space and a bright white/grey bathroom. What I got was no extra counter space around the sink and the bathroom is dark brown with low lights. I was told that’s how all the rooms are so the photos online are inaccurate.

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were all very helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. The location is walking distance from metro and Dayanta. The breakfast is pretty good. However, the canteen for the restaurant is too small for the size of the hotel. This is ok if you're single, because people sit at counters or share, but families often had to stand around waiting for someone to finish eating. This should be looked at.

Sublime. Everything was great as usual. This was my 3rd booking at this exact hotel and they deliver every time. Cannot be understated how nice it is. Location is great for local cuisine and just a little walk away from the Everbright City. (Dumpling queen on the opposite side of the hotel is a must try)

The service was absolutely amazing. The women at the counter were beyond helpful, shout out to Wang， Jiaxiang, and 婵 you were all incredible, and made our stay a wonderful experience. The rooms are also very spacious, and clean. Location is very good and central. I would highly recommend this hotel 谢谢

The room is small, clean and cozy. Environment: It is about 1.5 kilometers away from Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Tang Dynasty City, Xi'an Film Studio and Shaanxi Museum, which is very convenient. I stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Xiong'an for two days and felt very good. I continued to book this hotel when I came to Xi'an. The hotel is in a very advantageous location. It is about 15 minutes' walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the Tang Dynasty City, the Shaanxi Provincial History Museum, etc. The hotel is on the street and backed by a small science and technology park. Turn right and you will see a variety of local restaurants and snacks. Although the hotel lobby is not large, it has all kinds of facilities (including free coffee machines and several kinds of tea). There are laundry rooms, gyms, and visitor rooms on the left and right passages of the lobby. The bedroom and washroom (bathroom, toilet) of the twin standard room are completely separated, with clear functions and no interference, which is very scientific. The room adopts an intelligent style, bright lighting, dry and clean, which is especially suitable for business travel. There are basic types of food for breakfast. The restaurant is located on the 7th floor (top floor) and the environment is bright. The lady at the front desk is quick, straightforward, skilled in business, and warm and generous. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking lot, but rents a three-dimensional parking garage from other units in the backyard (need to be put on the shelf). The garage is about 150 meters away from the hotel entrance. It is very inconvenient to get in and out with heavy luggage. Once the car is in the garage, it is not convenient to get clothes from the car temporarily. We drove there in the afternoon. The car was too heavy and too wide to fit in the garage. The ground floor was full. I even cancelled the hotel reservation for a while, and then renewed it after another car left. Self-driving travelers need to consider this.

In addition to the good service attitude, the quality is also very high. You can choose any TV or movie, and Xiaodu is there to keep you company. The whole family loves this hotel and will stay there again when we come to Xi'an in the future! Very good!
