Great hotel with great facilities.

I am really pleased to have spent 8 days at the Mercure Hotel, Xi'an Bell Tower Muslim Street, in February 2025. It has an amazing staff, led by the outstanding Mr. Fan Yu Gan (范玉干). They went above and beyond in helping guests, making their stay comfortable, and solving all sorts of situations one might encounter while traveling in China. The location is perfect, situated in the center of downtown Xi'an, adjacent to the famous Muslim Quarter—where one can indulge in all sorts of delicious and one-of-a-kind local foods. The room is equipped with ample modern conveniences, including a state-of-the-art toilet. The housekeeping service is impeccable. There’s also a well-equipped gym and a self-service laundry room. I was particularly impressed by the buffet breakfast, which offered a large variety of options and had a chef on duty cooking to the guests' liking. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as a home away from home while exploring this ancient Chinese city.

Great place to stay if you want to visit the Muslim food street. Very near bell tower and city wall too. Room is old though but clean. Service was good too

The Hotel is very conveniently located. Hotel Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Juanjuan was especially very helpful and efficient. Starting from helping with luggage, calling taxi, early breakfast, every help we wanted we got that. The cleaning crews were very polite and friendly. Our room was very tidy. Hotel has guest laundry which is extremely helpful for travellers like us. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Great experience!!

Perfect stay though our room was pretty small. Comfortable beds and room doesnt smell of cigarette smoke at all.

The staff were all very accommodating, in particular a lovely girl named 江晓. We liaise via WeChat 1 month prior to my arrival date and she took the trouble to provide information that I required even though she was on leave, which was totally impressive. When we arrived the front desk staff 范范，祥祥 patiently and graciously directed us to eateries where local eat and their recommendation was good. The breakfast spread is good as it provide ample local shaanxi cusine where we can sample them without having to go out and get the street food. They also have a free laundrette on the 12th floor. The hotel is located right behind Humin Street and 20 mins walk away from the Bell Tower. It is a totally pleasant and an enjoyable stay. Kudos to all the service staff.

Brought our teens to China to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Wonderful service fr hotel. Room was a lil old, despite room upgraded. The Wonderful staff, Miki, JiaNi n Mdm Zhang n all staff made up e difference. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms and location is good. The complimentary breakfast has various local and international selections. They offered free laundry service too. We booked two rooms and 祥子 from the front desk us a free upgrade for both rooms. Our travel advisor张姐is very nice and helpful too! Really recommend this hotel if you are visiting Xi’An.

Perfect hotel to stay in Xi’an, nice staff, good location, close to the main spots and the metro, comfy beds and the room had everything I needed. I would come back!

Very enjoyable stay. The room was very modern and clean. I very much appreciated their free laundry service and attentive reception staff, who sought to our needs. I would certainly recommend a stay here if you are a tourist in Xi’an.

Nice located hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, furniture with a good quality. Some drinks in the fridge and fresh vegetables provided. Breakfast with a Chinese and international mix. Unfortunately, there was no possibility for an exchange/questions with the staff in English. AC system couldn’t be activated.
