Mr Ted Zhang and the staff at the reception were all very kind and helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. It may be further away from the main attractions but I like it so because it is quieter and more serene an environment. Very near to Xi’An Bei Railway Station so very convenient if taking the train from other Chinese cities. Breakfast has a wide selection of food and everything is well cooked.

The hotel personnel were very service minded and helpful. The rooms were good with good beds and a bathroom that fulfilled our needs. The breakfast was good with nice staff. Also cutlery on all seats, not only chop sticks.

The VOCO always has extremely supportive and friendly staff from housekeeping to reception.The rooms and hallways feel brand new with extra attention to cleanliness. The rooms are super cosy and comfortable including the super soft bed making the stay extra relaxing . we would 100% recommend this hotel to friends .The level of service was simply best of class. Phoebe was kind,attentive and very gracious,thank you phoebe .Daisy is super nice,she is so nice and helpful,beyond expectations.I love this property.
