Check-in was quick, Julia at the front desk provided good service, there were gifts for check-out, and the environment was nice too. The air filter in the room significantly improves the indoor air quality polluted by haze. As a smoke-free hotel, it also protects guests from the harm of secondhand smoke👍

Convenient transportation, subway is just outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. The room is relatively clean and the soundproofing is also good. There are few people at breakfast, the variety of dishes is OK, and the taste is average. I booked the IHG exclusive price specifically, but there was no welcome drink or fruit, and no room upgrade. The Gaoxin South Express the day before and the InterContinental the day after both recognized diamond members in advance and upgraded the room type. It may be related to the peak season. I hope it can be a reference for other IHG members.

I can’t comment about the hotel amenities as I didn’t use them. The one problem I have with the room is that despite aligning the shower curtain perfectly, I still end up with a soaking wet bathroom floor after every shower. The hotel should seriously look into this phenomenon.
