The hotel is relatively new.
Advertised name ”A-Tour” and actual hotel name is different, so hard to find on local DiDi app, or iphone map, but we worked it out eventually.
Breakfast is half western with basic choices, coffee machine is a challenge and never not hot enough.
Breakfast on the outside deck overlooking the wall was quite relaxing.
Lots of shops around close, including Dairy Queen and several coffee shops just out the front, KFC, Pizza, Macca's and numerous good local restaurants within very a short walk.
Rooms are big enough, comfortable and clean, the bed is soft, a big bonus to find in China in the budget range hotels.
My opinion, it's a good choice as it's easy on the budget.

It’s located in a lovely street full of small businesses and street merchants. That also means that during the day is quite noisy, but I didn’t have any trouble while sleeping. It’s a bit far away from the metro station, around 12 min walking, which may be an inconvenient. I liked it though, it’s places in a beautiful location and really close to some main touristic points. The bed was more comfortable than the rest of hotels I’ve stayed in and the room was big, even though the shower seemed to need some maintenance.

Staff was unbelievable, they were so helpful in everything we did, booking our Trip to the Terracotta Warriors. Telling us where to go eat in the best places, other tourist things to see. And the location was fantastic，it was right by the south gate of the city wall and not far from the bell tower drum tower and easy access.To old town and The muslim district.

We had a lovely stay at OrangeHao Hotel in Xi’an with our family, booking three rooms. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment, making our trip truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff stood out with their friendly and helpful attitude, always ready to assist with any requests.
However, a small note of caution: the hotel’s address on Google Maps is inaccurate, so be sure to double-check the location before heading over. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. Thank you for the excellent service!

The room, hotel environment, service and breakfast are all good. The tea is delicious.
We rented a floor of Wangfujing office building. The building has a large cross-sectional area, so most rooms do not have exterior windows, but the interior window design is OK, and the ventilation and temperature are also OK.
Another drawback is that there is no smoking ban (or it is not implemented properly). People often smoke in the public areas and can smell the smoke.

Our stay was pleasant until the checkout experience, which left us deeply disappointed. When we approached the reception desk to check out, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. He spoke in Chinese, which we couldn’t understand, and repeatedly mentioned the app Trip.com.
When I showed him my Trip.com booking, he took my phone without permission and went straight to the hotel review section, clicking “all excellent” ratings on my behalf. We were shocked by this behavior and immediately told him that as a receptionist, it is inappropriate and unethical to fill out a guest’s review.
This incident ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their staff’s professionalism.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay.
The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture).
The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

Great location 10mins walk from the famous Bell Tower. The metro station here is direct to Xi’an North Railway Station. Reception is 24hrs - very useful as I checked in late (11pm) and left earlier (4am). Staff were helpful and nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would stay here again

Here I would like to thank Ms. Tian, who is also Ms. Maruko, for being able to communicate with me in fluent English when checking in. Although she said that her English was not good, hahaha, she was very good at communicating with us in English, and would also recommend Xi 'an food and scenic spots to us. She will also send me the ppt of Xi 'an tourism made by herself. She will also ask us whether we use sweet soup every day, and will also send us fruit, which is very sweet. The breakfast here is also very rich, both Chinese and Western, but also the local characteristics of Xi 'an, such as Roujiamo and noodles are very good.
Transportation is also very convenient to the subway station is also very close, parking is convenient at the door, mainly nearby places to eat, supermarkets, shopping malls, fruit shops have very convenient and sell specialty stores, are very close. It's very convenient.
Every staff here is very warm-hearted. EExpatThis is probably the perfect hotel for someone in transition to the city. There’s actually some families that come here also. The room size was just right for me. One suggestion is to add an extra luggage table or chair-side table.
I was splitting the week with two different hotels and decided to stay at Mr. Wu’s the whole week because the reviews turned out to be better. The location is in the hi-tech area, and walking around to multiple venues or shops is quite easy. My Cityview had some city sounds to go with it, but I actually enjoyed that.
The staff did really well with helping translate a lot because my Mandarin and is not strong. It’s easy to get to a bus or nearby subway and even grab a rideshare. I only had the breakfast a couple of times, but they had a really good selection. The teatime and the welcoming fruit were a nice touch along with the gift upon check-out.
I was already traveling overseas and needed to wait a full week to get into my apartment. Everything including the laundry, gym, lobby waiting area, and housekeeping service was good.
I did not use the foot spa access on the second floor, but I plan to go back to the area since I’m transitioning into the city. Very clean and cute decorations. For the location and the price, this is definitely a must-stay.
It’s important to note that larger groups might need more space. My room was perfect for one to two people. There was even an event room some ladies were celebrating in. Each floor lobby is a bit different. Just right.

Its enchanting façade, reminiscent of a meticulously crafted petit château, transports guests to a world of mystique and elegance. The ambiance created by the hotel is nothing short of a sensory delight, gracing each moment with a unique touch of beauty and indulgence.
The meticulously designed garden, a picturesque masterpiece, feels like stepping into a fragrant dream. Meandering through lush green lawns, I found solace in the tranquility of nature, as if time itself stood still for my enjoyment. This distinctive environment allowed me to rediscover a sense of inner serenity during my brief stay.
The culinary experiences at the hotel are undoubtedly a highlight, with a sumptuous and diverse breakfast selection as well as exquisite afternoon tea offerings. Whether indulging in French classics or savoring local delights, each dish is a symphony of flavors that tantalize the palate. While the service, on occasion, may not have been flawless, I commend the hotel’s proactive approach in swiftly addressing feedback, demonstrating a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
The presence of a well-stocked Mini Bar in the room further elevated my stay, providing a range of snacks and beverages that added convenience and comfort to my leisure moments.
I must take this opportunity to commend the three dedicated butlers, Eric, Mandy, and Flora. Their professionalism and warm hospitality redefine the concept of “home away from home.” Always greeted with a smile, they patiently attended to my inquiries, even offering invaluable travel insights that enriched my exploration of the city.
In summary, the Sofitel Legend Hotel in Xi’an has left an indelible mark on my memory, crafting an unforgettable experience. GGuest UserI stayed in his hotel for two days and it was very good. The staff was very friendly and could solve any problems quickly. They also issued invoices quickly. The breakfast and supper were very good. The breakfast was rich and the supper was less. However, the location of the hotel was very good. If you are on a business trip, you can stay in this hotel because it is very convenient to take a taxi or take the subway. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is very good. I will stay here again next time I come on a business trip.

GGuest UserWe checked in at 2am. There were one person at the reception and another bellhop at his 60s. Other than then 60s bellhop was friendly greeting us, the receptionist has no chill or whatsoever to welcome us. We have 6 luggages and our rooms can’t be accessed by just a lift directly. This hotel failed to mention that all these rooms can only be accessed by different flight of stairs and elevator. This particular large room can only be accessed by 3 different flights of stairs at different location. There is this particular stairs we have to climb down to our room, has no lights, we have to use our own phone torch. At first we were told it’s their procedure to switch off the stairs light after 12am. After complaints, they decided to switch it on for the rest of our stays. Throughout we carried our luggages our self to the room as the bellhop is old, we were afraid we gave him too much stress. Room wise, the tv, living room, wardrobe arrangement has no common sense at all. 2 tvs each facing the bed. The living room has no tv, so if you wanna chill and watch tv with your family, go to your bed and watch. There is only one wardrobe at the living room blocked by the sofa. You have to squeeze in to hang your jacket. There is no coffee cups or spoon. I stir my coffee with their tooth brush provided in a Champaign glass. You might ask why a Champaign glass, because the room service just doesn’t wash your normal glasses after you use it. Worth mentioning, the coffee I drank in the morning, the glass is still there unwashed at night. The can of coke I left it there on the first day, was still there on the last day. Probably they think leaving it there for long will taste better. The room service is really bare min. I understand this is a garden balcony kind of hotel, like a chalet, but they should really buck up on their bellhop services and room cleaning services. It’s really tiring to walk and carry our luggages to our own room. Not to mention checking out is the same. The safety of the guest are not really taken care of given that they expect you to use your own torch to navigate down the stairs on the first day. Also, the everyday room service does not clean the bedsheets even if there are clothes tags or clothes linen on the bed. They simply pull the sheets, tuck in, as long as it looks nice, they doesn’t care about what’s on it and underneath the blanket. Just wanna say, The price we paid for this hotel is same as those nearby.

The room is fully equipped with all the things that we need. Location wise, it is very convenient with an underground train station just next to it. Scenic spots are also just down the road! Will definitely recommend Sheraton to others.

Hotel is housed in a traditional and culturally significant building with history. 是一座多么华丽壮观的建筑。Hotel Staff is well versed in every aspect. Special Compliments to Mario & Hubery. They are so kind to attend to our needs and recommend good Muslim restaurants to us. They even help us book tickets to Terracotta Army Museum and Tang Paradise. Special thanks to Hubery who is well versed in English , took good care of us , offer suggestions and explanation for some Xi’An tourist attractions . Well definitely come back again.

AAnonymous UserThe room is quite large, suitable for two people, and has heating. It is really friendly for winter. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance. It is very convenient to go to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Shaanxi Museum. There is a large shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. We stayed in a room very close to the elevator entrance, but it was still quiet at night and did not affect our sleep. The only drawback is that I hope the hotel will replace the small floor mat at the bathroom door with a new one. It really does not look very clean and affects the overall effect. Still highly recommended.

The staff is friendly, the facilities are good, breakfast is provided, and most of all, the room is not too small, it's clean, the bathroom is nice, and it was comfortable without any inconvenience. It was so, so, so good that I want to stay there again next time!
