The hotel is big and the east wing is modern. The breakfast selection was impressive. There is no laundry room for guests to use, but the reception can organize for your washing to be collected from your room. Wanda plaza is about a 12 minute walk away. The service was mixed when I was there - one receptionist was abrupt with me and other guests, but the woman who showed me to my room could not have been nicer. There was fresh fruit waiting in the room for me. Foreigners can stay at this hotel, but when I checked into they told me the system was slow that day (or possibly for foreigners in general), so they lead me to sit in the lounge for twenty minutes while they processed my check in.

And unfortunately Trip.com only shows the Chinese name in the hotel listing. However note the photo of the front of the hotel! A huge sign at the entrance indicates ”Kaili Boutique Hotel”! Don't let anyone ”accidentally” take you somewhere else!
