nice hotel, convenient location. Cozy room, comfy bed, but exist the smell of cigarets in the room, also people smocking in elevator.. but staff super nice and polite

The hotel offers a convenient location within walking distance of the subway station (exit 27), though travelers should be aware of the lack of escalators or lifts at the exit. The free laundry service is a great perk, and while one front desk staff member was exceptionally friendly, the night shift staff could enhance their hospitality. Although my room wasn’t as clean as expected, the budget-friendly price made it acceptable for a short one-night stay.

In order to have a large space and a large window sill, I chose a business bed room, but all business bed rooms are facing the road, and there is a community across the road under construction, so basically I will be woken up after 8 am. The air conditioner felt that it could not be turned off. Later, the waiter coordinated to turn it off. But it was boring in the middle of the night and couldn't open it. Fortunately, in autumn, the window was opened. But there were mosquitoes coming in when the window was opened, and the sound of cars on the road was particularly noisy, and I didn’t sleep well all night. The advantage of the hotel is that it is not far from the subway station. There is Wanda nearby. It is convenient to eat or takeaway. The room feels very clean as soon as I enter it, it is the kind that although the decoration is old for some time, I feel that all the details are cleaned very clean. Then, when I slept, I found this on the sheets. It was really uncomfortable. It was too late and I didn’t want to reflect. I slept with my clothes. Because the car is early, Trip.com I chose to stay four hours early when I booked. I went to the front desk of the hotel and said that it was so early. It depends on whether there is a room. Fortunately, there is one, but since this service is provided on Trip.com , I feel that the hotel should guarantee that there must be. If there is no, you should communicate with the customer early. How to say it, not too pleasant, the National Day hotel doubled, especially the fast chain, but the original high-end hotel did not rise so much, did not sleep well enough quiet, plus the facilities, did not rest well, next time should be carefully selected I prefer this terrace space in the hotel.

We ordered a special room, which was located at the easternmost gate. The room was quite big, but we found many problems at night! First of all, there is a problem with the hotel's water supply. Although there is a reminder that there will be insufficient hot water during peak hours, I didn't expect that when I actually took a shower at night, I had to keep the faucet running for 20 minutes before there was hot water. What a waste of resources! Secondly, the most useless thing is that the mirror light switch is broken. The hotel put up a pattern to cover it up. I didn't expect that the mirror light button would keep flashing at night, which really affected my sleep. I didn't even need to turn on the night light at night because of the flashing! There is also a strong smell of cigarettes! In short, don't book this hotel's special offer room! Finally, let me talk about the advantages. The location is good, it is convenient to go to Nanchang Street, and the security guard will enthusiastically guide you to the parking space!

The location of the hotel is good, everything is close by metro or taxi, which is very convenient. The check-in was incredibly slow (over 20min), because the receptionist had been checking the validity of my and my mother's passport and visas and residence permits, which I found incredibly off-putting, considering that this never happened before in any hotel in China (including other Jinjiang Inn hotels I stayed in numerous times). It felt unusual and as if we were suspicious to the two receptionists who were inspecting both of our passports very closely. The room was cute and well decorated. There is room for improvement, however, namely in terms of cleanliness; namely the bathroom was very poorly cleaned, with stains everywhere (as seen in the photo). Breakfast was large, but it lacked good options (for example there is a toast station but no butter or jelly to go with it), the juice was served warm, and the coffee machine was not working. I would stay here again, but I would definitely book a room of a higher class to at least hope for better cleaning of the room.

Excellent and attentive check in service by Ms Choi Yuan Hong, she is to be commended for her warm hospitality. Rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. Very disappointing was the breakfast, which, although it is not expensive with reasonable variety, failed to provide amenities such as fork and knife and they don't even have an electric toaster to toast the bread! Coffee was pretty bitter too and fried eggs were cold. All in all a lot of rooms for improvement.

Initial plan was to stay at the Orange hotel near Wuxi railway station but was fully booked so stayed here instead. But it turn out to be a blessing in disguise. This location is so convenient. There is a family mart next to the hotel, the Metro entrance is next to the hotel, there are many great eateries within 2-5min walk away from the hotel. Inside the family mart, you have access to excellent coffee 24hrs. In the morning, there's also warm soya milk drink. The room itself has an outdoor area where I can smoke while taking a break from work. With this outdoor area, the bedroom remains smoke free. Simply excellent. The city view faces the sanyang plaza area where the brightly-lit buildings spruce up the quiet of the night. The buffet breakfast has a good spread of simple local and western dishes which make excellent breakfast! This hotel is simply great value for money!

The room facilities are old, the good thing is that the room has a sofa, I don't know if the floor is too high, the bath water is particularly small. There are very few varieties of breakfast in the morning. Some people ask the service staff to add dishes. The service staff are all back to the fried. I don’t know if it’s the reason for the National Day. Basically, they are waiting for the rhythm of the dishes. The children also add money separately. If you know this is the case, you won’t eat it.

The hotel is in a very good location, with many shopping and dining options nearby, and the subway is close to all attractions. Wuxi Museum is right next to it, and I will definitely go there next time I have a chance. The room layout is reasonable, and everything is there. The girl at the service desk is enthusiastic and patient. Because of poor sleep quality, I specially changed to a quiet room, which was very satisfactory. Seeing that I was with my child, she also sent a breakfast. The wontons for breakfast were delicious, and they were obviously freshly made, not frozen products. The noodles were also good, red soup noodles, vegetarian chicken, pickled vegetables and shredded pork toppings, and I was very full.
