這是我們第二次入住漫心酒店了。第一次是在南京，因為從酒店服務到設施、位置都非常滿意，這次來無錫也毫不猶豫地訂了南長街旁的漫心府。酒店服務非常熱情、貼心，尤其第二晚我們需要洗衣服，因為時間較晚，酒店人員主動提出幫我們收衣服，早上去取的時候，看到衣服整整齊齊地放在包裏，我們非常感激！入住和退房時都收到酒店贈送的小茶葉包，酒店的一舉一動都透着細心和體貼。

酒店位置很好找，打出租直接送到酒店大門口。走近酒店，很有氛圍感。酒店距離南長街和清名橋都很近，出酒店大門右拐就到了。酒店房間很大，乾淨衞生，區間分配合理，還準備了可以泡茶的簡單的茶具。鬧中取靜的環境，不出門也可以透過落地窗欣賞到風景。服務特別好，辦理入住時還專門送了香和茶葉，還有蒸汽眼罩和耳塞。早餐也很豐富，可以自由選擇。十分滿意的一次入住。選擇續住了兩晚。
