Hotel is in a good location, staff are friendly. Cleaner did a good job. However, rooms are bit dirty and need upgrade. For example, sofa is bit dirty, wall behind the bed has some brown liquid mark (not sure what it is). Toliet can’t flush very well. AC is very loud. And I was beaten by mosquitoes a lot…Breakfast is good as wel. Generally, 8 of 10 score.

The hotel is a little old style. I had communication problem since even though it was five-star hotel, there was no staff who can understand simple English.

I wanted a quiet room on a high floor, which I had written down in the notes, but in the end I only arranged a room on the sixth floor, and the view was very average. The hotel agreed to upgrade me to a room, but I couldn't see much difference between the upgraded room and the original room. In terms of hygiene, I couldn't find anything dirty, so I just gave it five stars. But if you want to talk about the facilities, they are really average. The hotel lobby didn't even feel as good as some of the four-diamond hotels I stayed in in Shanghai. The hotel's elevator is also very average and feels very cheap. When I walked from the elevator on the sixth floor to our room, the color of the carpet was really boring and average. After entering the room, it was hard for me to imagine that a five-star hotel did not have a floor-to-ceiling window. The curtains were also manual and the windows were quite small. The only good thing in the room is the bathtub. Of course, I don't think the bathrobe is a plus point. And this bathtub is only available when we upgrade the room type with extra money. The hotel provides some snacks in the room, but these snacks are charged separately. At first, I was wondering if they would really charge me if I just took some to eat, but it turned out that the temporary fee was directly deducted from the deposit. . But why do you, Master Kong, sell noodles that cost five yuan for ten yuan? Could it be that this is the price of a five-star hotel? The hotel minibar was empty… Maybe he just wanted to give me a small refrigerator. The decoration of the hotel is still relatively old, and the signs of use are still quite obvious. The overall facilities are still quite old, and some of the infrastructure is very unreasonable in design. For example, the room has a single room card and there is no separate power card. It is very troublesome for my friend and I to travel alone. When we returned to the hotel and inserted the room card, the air conditioner did not turn on automatically. The TV would turn on automatically and make a lot of noise, and we had to trouble ourselves to turn off the TV manually. The small refrigerator only has power when the room card is inserted. What kind of design is this? Shouldn't this thing be powered separately? So how do I refrigerate things? The shower in the room is very messy, and the way it discharges water is extremely anti-human. The shower in the bathtub leaks, and the water pressure of the sink faucet is too high. The first time I used it, it sprayed directly on me. It was on my face and I was speechless. All in all, I think this hotel is really not worthy of the title of an established five-star hotel, and the living experience is not even as good as a four-star hotel.
