Great service and very clean Our air conditioning wasn’t working but we were given a electric fan heater

Look, its no shiny bright new place, but it is very clean, very neat and has a terrific breakfast included in the price. Location is top shelf.

I was disappointed with my recent stay. The property felt outdated and poorly maintained, with visible dust throughout the room. The staff did little to assist us, even after we reported a broken air conditioner multiple times. With no resolution, we were forced to leave the windows open overnight, only to be kept awake by loud neighbours. The ceiling fan offered no relief and only stirred up more dust. Overall, the experience fell well short of what I expected.

Breakfast was missing and inadequate. There were no slippers. The bathroom was not clean enough.

Ctrip recommends cancelling this shop! It is not suitable to be a hotel. First, it is located in a large and dirty residential complex, in the innermost corner of a very deep alley, with dim lights. Second, about 300 meters from the narrow alley, there are several trash cans. At night, I saw several black people rummaging through the trash. Some of them curled up in quilts to sleep in the open space around the trash cans. It was terrifying to see this scene when I came back at night! Third, it takes about 2 kilometers to walk from the shop to a medium-sized road, where there is a grocery store of several square meters to buy water. There is also a small roadside restaurant. Fourth, the shop has two floors, but the second floor cannot be lived in. There are several rooms on the first floor that can be lived in. There is a room for breakfast on the first floor. There is a room that is open at 2 pm, but no one can be found at other times. Fifth, there are cockroaches in the room. This shop is a residential house, not suitable for tourists. I give you this information, Chinese people should not live there.

It was a very bad experience. I booked a room for three days and two nights. The next day at ten o'clock in the morning, the staff knocked on the door and asked me to check out. The room is good for two people and I think there are private rooms as well. The best thing is the breakfast!! Eggs, bacon, bread, jam, etc. are really solid. And there is a Korean boss!

The hotel is very close to the Bay Pier, where you can see ships; you can also stroll through the botanical gardens and walk along the coastline to the Sydney Opera House, which is a unique and charming route; you can also walk to several nearby art galleries and contemporary art galleries from the hotel On the other hand, the pier and the coast are beautiful. There is a 311 bus station nearby to the city. Dona at the hotel front desk and the hotel manager are very welcoming and helpful to the guests. Thank you very much!
