This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, and the experience was always awesome. We really liked the room that we booked this time, and the vibes the view and the experience was good. Unfortunately I find the dishes during breakfast were quite bland and the choice was so limited, but we really like the relocations on the top floors, got really good views, and made the whole breakfast quite enjoyable. Regardless we will always recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here again in the future, ๐Ÿ˜

This is my first time staying here and I'm really happy. The room is clean and the food is also quite delicious. Maybe if the hotel added a playground, it would be more fun so the kids would be happy.

Not worth the price,towel dirty,bed smelly,pillows dirty n smelly.theroom too conpact,no sound proof. Floor scratching sounds whole night. Will not go back again

Clean room in a nice spot in Surabaya. Check ins & out are a little bit slow, about 15 minutes. The thing that disturb us the most is how the room is not soundproof at all. We can even make out what other people are saying in the room next to us, even we can hear the TV from others' room :( Our superior room has no minibar, but I fancy the sofa in the room. Overall it's just fine.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Great Diponegoro Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I stayed for a week and did not have a single bad experience during my stay. My absolute favorite is the Teh Pucuk refill after every cleaning service haha love it. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Will definitely be back!

Room was as shown as in the pictures, had everything mentioned as well. Most importantly, aircon was cold ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Loved that the hotel provided individual bolsters ๐Ÿคฃ Location is oretty accessible and you can get by anywhere quick with GoJek.
