La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williams-Grand Canyon Area Reviews

Good place to stay the night and good location as it is only 1 hour away from Grand Canyon South Rim! The Inn has a good amenities with indoor pool and gym. Check-in and check-out were seamless and staffs are attentive. The room was clean and well-maintained. however, the bedsheet and duvet is questionable as I noticed that they are slightly dirty. Breakfast spreads were adequate with good variation. Overall, a good experience to stay the night before or after visiting Grand Canyon!

Perfect hotel

The air conditioner in our room was obnoxiously & annoyingly loud when running. There is also a train track across the street where incoming trains would blow their horns during the night. Both of these issues disrupted our sleep each night so don’t expect to feel refreshed in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was ok but could have had a larger selection especially with fresh fruit and bacon options. The hotel staff though was exceptional; very friendly, helpful and informative.

The hotel environment is very good. It is in a small town. It is convenient to eat and refuel. The breakfast is relatively rich. There is also a supermarket nearby. It is very nice to go shopping after dinner.

The air conditioner is a bit noisy at night and the sound insulation is not very good

Hotels and trips do not communicate booking information instantly

The room was nice and big with all the amenities. It would have been nice to have a handheld shower head. The air conditioner was very loud but the speed could not be adjusted. The front desk staff was very nice.

The hotel is located in a small town, which is quite remote. However, the town is small, and it is convenient to walk or drive to restaurants. Chain hotels are often seen in southern states. The facilities are relatively complete and have everything you need. I hope the hotel can clean the carpets frequently, especially the carpets in the restaurant and elevator

The front desk of this hotel is indifferent and cold. This is the first time I have encountered such a front desk in the United States! I asked for a credit card and charged an extra six dollars without any explanation. I asked about it in the afternoon and it was a sanitation fee. The next morning I received another six-dollar bill, but the hotel said that it was only deducted once. I can only wait for the credit card bill to be credited. I don’t like the extra fees! The description clearly doesn’t mention any extra fees. The breakfast is also very bad

The location of the hotel is far from the scenic spot of the Grand Canyon, about an hour's drive away, but the room is very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is also very good, the price is relatively high, and I will stay again next time
