プールがついていてよかった
早朝であったが、送迎してくれてよかった
フロントでもったクッキーがとてもおいしかった

It was nice to have a pool. It was early in the morning, but the shuttle was great. The cookies at the front desk were delicious.

酒店空調不咋地，太老。開出來一股柴油味。聲音很大。

The air conditioner in the hotel is not very good, too old. It smells like diesel and is very loud.

The check in staff and the bartenders were all very nice and put up with us being obnoxious   clean hotel and very close to airport with a shuttle that runs 24/7   I would definitely stay there again.  pick up was easy too.

On business trip the hotel offers perfect, quiet, pleasant rooms, very good breakfast and beautiful bar with dinner. Also indoor swimming pool and fitness room. The service team has helped friendly and pleasantly

I have been given the run around or ignored at all levels from the hotel itself to the company that runs it. I am a former employee and I have been trying for a week to get the EIN number from them so I can finish my RAL forms. Checkout some of the responses I did get from some but no responses from any voicemail left with HR.  Why can't a company like this answer one simple question, what is your employer identification number? You would think it would be easy to get but still after a week it has not been provided.
