While the majority of the staff are warm and accommodating, there was one instance of a staff member displaying reluctance in preparing coffee, attempting to levy a charge under the false pretense that it wasn't part of the service. A minor improvement could be made regarding our request for a non-smoking room and floor. Despite this, a faint smell of smoke lingered, likely due to guests smoking in the hallway. When I notified the front desk, they assured us they would address the issue with the smoking guests, although enforcement seemed challenging, perhaps a common concern in China. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another stay.
