GGuest UserThe platypus in the pond should be quite delicious, haha, and there are also a lot of koi. There is nothing to say about the environment. The ladies at the front desk are all pretty, polite, and sweet-spoken. The rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and I like the layout. What I didn't expect is that their hotel has a shuttle vehicle, and I experienced a Tesla. There are many choices for breakfast and the taste is good. I was given an umbrella when I went out on a rainy day, which really kept me warm. I will choose here again next time I come to Wenshan.

OOlsenAfter we checked in and go to the room, we opened the door and were scared to find another guest in our room! The guy lay in our bed and smoked. We immidiately complained at front desk, and they offered us another room or accept the room after a new cleaning. They excused the event, but the problem is there is no security at the hotel. All doors are opened until the room is rented out, so everyone can walk into the room. When you get your key card the room is safe during your stay and the cleaning lady is very nice We rented the Featured room which have a round bed and nice layout, though the wet area wc/shower is together with no separation. All other facilities good

GGuest UserThe boss and his wife are very enthusiastic, and they also upgraded the room. The room makes people feel bright, clean and tidy. The key is that you can also cook on the ground floor. You don’t have to worry about eating for a few days during the New Year. This is our more cost-effective experience in this trip. It must be five-star praise. Recommend interested friends.

BBrownThis is been my third trip to Puzhehei and certainly the best as far as the hotel is concerned. Its location is just excellent. It sits right on the boardwalk and you can relax and enjoy the folks walking by and the water, lotus plant, flowers. Artists on the sidewalk in a couple of fisherman right at your door stop. I could just sit there all day and enjoy watching the people walk by and the beautiful scenery. The two ladies that helped me there were both superlative and very friendly. On arrival I had to park my car in the parking lot about two or three miles from downtown. The lady from the Hotel came and got me on her electric bike and the two of us plus my suitcase and two backpacks made it safely back to the hotel . It was a great experience. I will definitely be back again next year and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Puzhehei can get pretty busy during the tourist season so I booked my rooms to start the day after the fall holiday. I arrived on September 3rd and stayed for four days.

The late autumn Puzhehei is very beautiful, and the transportation is very convenient. GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the door, I was cured by the fragrance and warm light in the lobby. The front desk lady also sent welcome fruit when I checked in. The room was cleaned super clean, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, the shower water temperature and water pressure were just right, it was convenient to eat and go shopping, and it was close to Qihua Square. The front desk also sent a small gift when checking out. This feeling of being treated with heart is great, recommended to all friends in Wenshan!

GGuest UserThe inn is located in Xianrendong Village, which is very prosperous and convenient. We arrived at 11pm and there were many people eating barbecue. It was very lively. The boss and the receptionist were very enthusiastic. They answered all questions and introduced a lot of travel knowledge. The boss and my husband chatted until 1am. The room is decorated in ethnic style, the environment is OK, and there is no peculiar smell. Although it is not as comfortable as a hotel, the ethnic style is still very strong.
