The room was nice, but the service was not. When we checked into a room, it smelled particularly bad, so we asked the housekeeping aunt to take us to another room and asked her to go downstairs to change the room card. The aunt said she was busy cleaning other rooms and had no time to go downstairs. So we called the front desk to ask if she could bring it up, but the front desk aunt said in an impatient tone: ”Wait a moment, the aunt will come down to change the card, okay?” Then the housekeeping never came to help us change the room card. We went to the front desk to change it when we were going out. There were three or four people at the front desk at that time. Couldn't one person go up to change the card?

The location of this hotel is great, very close to the sea. You can step on the soft sand and hear the sound of the waves just a few steps out of the door. When you get up in the morning and open the window, the sea breeze blows over, salty and very comfortable. The service of the hotel is also very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and take good care of the children. They took the initiative to introduce us to many places suitable for bringing children to play. In terms of catering, there are all kinds of dishes and flavors, and they are very fresh. You can eat freshly cooked seafood every day, which is very satisfying. The hotel is very clean, and every corner is cleaned cleanly, which makes people feel very at ease. In short, this hotel is great, and I will definitely choose it next time I come to the beach!

GGuest User5 star all the way. Would not be surprised if occupancy level can get to 90 pc because of transport convenience and the nice attached airport shopping mall. Even single travellers like me will look for a hotel such as this. Only 1 suggestion. My second stay today after a short 3 day away.. this time the fridge did not have complimentary drinks. I was looking forward to them. Housecleaning probably forgot.

Raja are very attentive as my parents are in wheelchair which he is very helpful to arrange an accessible room for my mum which is very caring and exactly what we need when travel with elderly. He is so kind to upgrade us to sea view room type which my parents can enjoy their time in hotel. Highly appreciated the staff for all their special care.
Thank you for the bell desk who always standby to assist us for luggage and assist with our wheelchair.

GGuest UserVery good accommodation experience, the room is spacious, comfortable and bright, the bath water temperature is right, the air conditioning is convenient, the service is thoughtful and warm, the bottled water is very sufficient, the shopping is convenient, there are many hangers, the refrigerator is easy to use, the balcony directly sees the satellite launch tower is simply great, The satellite launch was too shocking. The boss told the launch time that it was too accurate. The tripod mobile phone directly took the precious whole process. It is highly recommended to friends who watch the satellite launch. It is more comfortable and comfortable than sitting on the beach and the roof. Mrs., come back next time hahahahaha

GGuest UserI didn't check in with high expectations. I didn't expect it to be much better than I thought.
Location: If you go by car, there are many parking spaces and parking is free. The room can see the sea, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a lot to eat, and there are many restaurants and kiosks nearby, which is very convenient.
Hardware: There is a balcony, making it comfortable to sit outside. There is also air conditioning, TV and hair dryer in the room. The water heater is electric, so if you wash it for a long time, you will have to wait for it to heat up again.

Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”...
But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen...
First room:
The fridge was not cold.
Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰
The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger.
Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity.
In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it...
For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes.
Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk...
The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice...
So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me...
The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊

Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through...
From the premises you go directly onto the beach!
Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea...
If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️

GGuest UserWe stayed in the parent-child room on the first day and the slide room on the second day. Overall, it was good and cost-effective. The house we lived in was relatively quiet in the community, but the glass was single-layer glass. The parent-child room was brighter and the Huati room was darker, but the children loved playing on the slide. The fence on the upper bunk was relatively high, and the children slept very safely on the upper bunk. All the wood had no odor, and the pillows and quilts were relatively clean. The aunt in the room was also very polite and kind. If you go to Wenchang to live, this is still good. It is a ten-minute walk from Wenchang Old Street.

The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off.
Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

GGuest User😄住了個套房 感覺還不錯 房間很乾凈 離海邊不遠走路10分鐘 在窗户上可以看到青嵐大橋和銅鼓嶺海灘 樓下有個超市買東西方便 這一片地區吃飯都不太方便 需要去三公裡外的鎮上 旁邊有公交站 去鎮上也算方便 打車12塊錢 或者去海邊的夜市 不過叫外賣還是有很多好吃的😋 我找老闆幫着聯繫租了個小電動 騎了一週給了100塊
