Good location

It was dusty and smelled of mold. The water leaked from the tank and soaked the entire toilet. The pillows were so hard.

Although the hotel is not located in the main urban area, it is convenient to enter and exit Wenchang. The hotel has convenient parking. Although it is located in a complex-like building, the business atmosphere is not strong. The service at the front desk feels average, which may be a common problem of Hainan hotels. The hotel room area is still large enough, but the division of the suite is not very reasonable, and it feels average to live in.

The top of the room was moldy, and it was a bit uncomfortable to look up. I called the front desk service for the first time and someone answered the phone. No one answered the phone after 11 o'clock. There was hair on the bed, it is recommended to rectify it.

The hotel facilities indicated that there was a heated swimming pool and a children's playground, so I booked it, but in the end, both were closed. Isn't this a lie? I don't know how Ctrip reviewed it. The room I was given was facing a very noisy device, so noisy that I had to shout to talk, let alone sleep. Later, the hotel changed the room and it was quieter.

The children's playground will no longer exist as early as 2022. I don't understand why Trip.com didn't go to understand the truth, and still listed the above facilities in its App as existing. When I found that the facilities were wrong, I went to check the reservation price again, and the difference was 100 yuan! 😡😡I would say that the price of more than 100 yuan a day is acceptable without a children's playground and swimming pool, but I really can't accept it when I book it for nearly 300 yuan a night! 🤬 It is best to find Trip.com customer service, they are very efficient, I asked to change the order for free, they can do it, and finally I can get the money back and transfer to another hotel. But I personally hope that Trip.com will check the facilities of the hotel, especially the hotels in mainland China, they do not have a website at all, we only trust the information on Trip.com!
