Service and location are top-notch. Each room boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, and a washing machine for added convenience. This wonderful hotel is highly recommended for both short and long stays in the charming city of Wellington.

What a fantastic hotel/apt studio right in the heart of Wellington CBD. For the price and amenities, it really can't be beaten. I'd paid more previously at TRYP, but this Quest location is far better. 👍 Although the room is the same size, it has far more amenities w a kitchenette, eating area, washer/dryer and toiletries. Right outside it's easy to find eateries and you're in walking distance of the cable car, the museum, shopping and sundries. Can't recommend this place enough if you want bang for your buck, and you don't plan on being in the room long. Great for layovers. P.s.- they have limited reception hours, so if you're arriving after 7pm or require assistance, this place might not be for you. Very self-service.

Nice location. Washer/dryer helpful. Next to supermarket and across from double tree and intercontinental. Room size is adequate but for those with a few luggages, it will be a squeeze. Overall very efficient but the team must be able to deliver on their respective roles eg house keeping, otherwise there is no backup if anything goes wrong.

The room is fine but access and parking is a dreadful nightmare. Be prepared to drag your cases down industrial steel fire escape stairs from the car park through other properties and for a long ,long way just to get to reception on level 4. We followed the exact instructions given to us by the hotel and it was torture. You should avoid this hotel if you have luggage or require parking. My wife is still getting over this terrible torture track to get from carpark to hotel. I may not live this one down!

The hotel is located in the city center. The bus stop to the airport is right outside the hotel and it is close to the cable car station. The transportation is very convenient. The room is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. In addition to a small kitchen, it also has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer for the use of passengers. The hotel staff are attentive and courteous, and the price-performance ratio is high. It is highly recommended. Next time I travel to Wellington, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very new, with a great location. The room facilities are very complete, the sound insulation is good, and the service is quite good. I recommend it to anyone traveling to Wellington.
