Watching the sea during winter, it felt just like home. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk lady was warm and efficient. Not only did she proactively recommend nearby snow-viewing routes, but she also upgraded us to a scenic room for free. When we had a lot of luggage, she even offered to help carry it to our room. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the main snow-viewing spots, and there's free parking if you're driving. 24-hour hot water, high-speed WiFi, and a clean self-service laundry room – everything was top-notch! I'll definitely be coming back next time! [Victory]

My stay this time was exceptional. The lobby is grand and stylish, creating a wonderful ambiance. The hotel amenities are very comprehensive, including a 'treasure chest' where you can borrow any items you might need, which is a thoughtful touch. There's also a public laundry room, making it very convenient to wash clothes while traveling. The room even comes with coffee, so you can brew a cup and relax during your downtime. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the service attentive. The location is also convenient, and overall, it offers great value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!
