This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

Westin, owned by Marriott, is located in Shimei Bay. It is located exactly between the Shenzhou Peninsula and Riyue Bay. It is very convenient to go to free internet celebrity attractions. The hotel's shuttle bus can make shopping fun and convenient for tourists. The housekeeper Alice, the handsome guy at the front desk Jace, and the hotel driver Master Feng were all very kind&nice and provided considerate services, which made this trip to Wanning a success. Compared to the Le Méridien Marriott next door and the Sheraton on the Shenzhou Peninsula, I prefer this place, with its luxurious atmosphere and rich breakfast! Very child friendly (lots of activities).

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

Clarifying I am not a Robert. Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services. But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!

I went to Wanning to surf and made a long strategy. I saw the hotels and apartments in Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay for a long time. I have been hesitant to decide, and finally settled in Wanning Guest House temporarily. The result was so pleasant, but fortunately, I didn't spend more money to live in the scenic spot. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and it is recommended to live here during the tourist season. Picture two is the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, high-end luxury but very low-key. The design and decoration style is very high-end and elegant, and every detail is exquisite and tasteful, making people feel happy and comfortable. The hotel is strategically located, very close to Shenzhou Station. The hotel butler team arranged a pick-up on the same day. The hotel staff ran to help us with our luggage. The temperature in the car was moderately cool. The car was equipped with mineral water, mint sugar, and cozy music. It looked very professional. Other hotels cannot do the details. The hotel staff is warm and professional, and the service is professionally trained, very friendly, and the active service means very strong. When checking in, the hotel guest relations manager added my WeChat, arranged the itinerary for us, booked tickets for the attractions, and also hand-painted the map of the attractions for me. The customized service is very distinctive. The room is equipped with high-end and advanced facilities, the minibar has a place for tea, thoughtful, spotless hygiene, absolutely super five stars, there is a welcome fruit plate and a local refreshment, the staff who clean the room is very detailed. The afternoon tea is very special and much better than our Shanghai. The dinner is also very rich. There are barbecue packages, steak packages, etc. The night before we left the store, we experienced the hotel's micro-plan. The guest relationship manager personally barged for us and served delicious snacks. Great! ! ! The breakfast environment is very good, and there is a bear accompanied. The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded the room when he saw the children and the elderly! really thankful! 👍, you can see the sea from the window 🌊 and the internet celebrity check-in spot ~ The ”Lighthouse” where she disappeared. It's a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a seaside 🏝️ villa 🏡, and the environment and service are also very good! A very cost-effective hotel! My family is very happy😃. We chose the parent-child suite here for this family trip. The facilities, hygiene, environment and services are very good. What the children like most is the children's bunk bed. The hotel also thoughtfully placed children's soft floor mats, children's toothbrushes and There are children's slippers, there is a children's playground indoors to catch claw machines, and outside you can soak in hot springs, swim and play in the water.
