I chose this hotel because it is 25-minute walk from the train station. There are several places to eat nearby, and it was easy to get 滴滴 from there. The reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel is clean(relatively new), very close to the food places, and near railway station.

No complaints, easy checking and clean room. Breakfast was better than usual vinenna hotels.

Best hotel room in our Hainan trip. Room is new, spacious and clean. Love the double basin area! Nice river view. About 10-15mins walk to many eateries, shops and local morning market. Staff were friendly and professional.

This hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Being a non Chinese speaker I needed help with everything and the staff were very eager to help and this made my experience here in this hotel so much more enjoyable. Nice and clean hotel.

The suite I booked has poor soundproofing. Other guests' conversations in the corridor sounded like they were right next to my ears. The living room has no windows and is very stuffy. The window of the room is directly next to the kitchen fume duct. The smell of fumes was there at 5 a.m. and the noise made it hard to sleep. It was stuffy with the window closed, and smelly and noisy with the window open. The room has serious defects.

This hotel was the most disgusting experience I had. When I checked in, it was a hotel with breakfast. When I got up in the morning to have breakfast, the restaurant waiter said, "You can't take this dish, your breakfast consumption quota is full, you need to pay extra for other dishes." Moreover, the lighting in the food area was dim and the food looked like it had been left overnight, which was extremely disgusting. Don't stay in this hotel and experience breakfast here, it's the weirdest in the country

I only told them when I went downstairs to find the front desk. After I found the room, I asked to change to a king-size bed room. Do children under 12 years old accompanied by their parents not need to register? Besides, mine is only 3 years old. Besides, the double bed room we moved to had a window facing a strong wall, so the room was dark even in broad daylight. I am speechless.
