Family-friendly Hotels in Wanning

The hotel is quite comfortable and clean. The merchant upgraded the room for free and also gave us travel photos. I stayed in the hotel on the first day and started a great trip. I will also introduce friends to come here. It is like planting grass. The room is directly connected to the lighthouse where I saw the Internet celebrity. In September 2024, Typhoon ”Capricorn” was in full swing. Workers traveled with their families. Although the typhoon had just passed, Haikou Airport had already stopped operating, and the high-speed rail was also suspended. The unwilling workers had no choice but to transfer to Sanya for two days, and finally arrived at the Westin Wanning. Working is not easy, and traveling is also difficult. The hotel service is very good. The housekeeper Fu Tingting helped me upgrade the room. Thank you very much, which made my miserable state much better. The quick response to the pre-employment contact and after check-in was very good. The children's supplies were prepared in advance. Tang Chunyu at the front desk checked in quickly, and the children were given small gifts when they checked in, and the children were very happy. The front desk service was enthusiastic. The breakfast was good, soup noodles, and we stayed for 3 nights, and every day was different. There were also foreign beauties and handsome guys patrolling the restaurant for the children, opening the children's happy every day. The children's activities are different every day, and the activities are rich. Disadvantages: The environment was only given 4 points because of the beautiful beach. The beach in front of the sign was black, which was left by the big-foot all-terrain vehicle next to it, which was too detrimental to the scenery. Overall, the hotel is still okay.

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

Amazing stay, definitely recommended. The hotel is clean and the balcony is sweet with lake view. I had a lil injury when i surfed so i hardly walked, The staff were amazing, from front desk Ben Huang, Megan Yan, The doorman Mark Ma, been helping on different requests, the staff from restaurant, the house ladies (i don't know their name) showed lot of cares and helps.

Location is great, directly at the beach. The hotel tries to satisfy any possible need for extra money. You can book surfing courses - otherwise swimming in the sea is forbidden for unknown reasons - rent quads or fly with a small tourist helicopter. Needless to mention the noise level you have to expect at the beach. Relaxing is not easy, as there’s also loud music from the beach bar all day plus a merry-go-round for children. Dinners are accompanied by even louder live band. Dinner is overpriced and quality low. Same in the neighbor hotel “Four Points by Sheraton”, which additionally has extremely poor service. We also had a construction site under our window and experienced low flexibility of the hotel management. One very positive thing to mention is the breakfast and the service personnel in the main restaurant. Bring everything you need, because there’s nothing nearby to buy daily needs. Also, the next external restaurant is really far.

This apartment is on the man made island - it is a little hard to find the reception especially if you don’t speak Chinese. The apartment itself is perfect with everything you need. It has a lovely big balcony and the aircon works very well. It is still slightly under construction- so not all the elevators work at the moment (quite a long wait most times) The island itself is not really where all the action happens - so best to rent a scooter as there is always heavy traffic to get on and off the island.

The room was clean and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the quilt was very comfortable, the breakfast on the first floor was delicious, the Chinese crab steamed meat patties on the third floor were delicious, the portion was particularly sufficient, and three meals a day could be solved in the hotel. The reception was particularly patient, because the room was demanding. I took the trouble to show me the room. I attach great importance to my requirements. We chose the parent-child suite here for this family trip. The facilities, hygiene, environment and services are very good. What the children like most is the children's bunk bed. The hotel also thoughtfully placed children's soft floor mats, children's toothbrushes and There are children's slippers, there is a children's playground indoors to catch claw machines, and outside you can soak in hot springs, swim and play in the water. It is enough to play in the hotel without any hassle. The price is really worth it👍

Location: Lovely location right by the ocean but a bit far from any fun spots. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the Wanning 日月 beach where there's a lot more fun activities. Services: Great service. The front desk manager TT was lovely and could speak great English thus making communication go smoothly. Amenities: Good but could be better. I think some of the rooms were not used for a long time. The first room I got smelled a bit musty. Also, don't expect new facilities this place looks like it's been around for a long time and it shows. Still, it's charming in all it's rustic glory. I would say the only downside to my stay is that there was no shuttle to the train station. Which is kind of a letdown given that this is a high-end resort. ***If you're a person of colour, I recommend maybe try the two hotels not far from this place. Le Meridien and The Westin I think. I didn't spot any other foreigner during my two days at this hotel until I went to 日月 for a walk and ran into a few of them。It turns out most foreigners stay at the Westin or Le Meridien thus maybe it won't feel too isolating opting for these two hotels rather than this one. All in all, it's a nice hotel to stay if you're on a budget.👍🥂
