There is restaurant and Starbucks inside the hotel. They offer Starbucks coffee at room it’s pretty cool. The room is smaller than usual but it’s fair enough.

I was traveling with my three children, so I needed a room with two beds. I booked it that way, and it was confirmed as a lake view room. However, when we arrived, the room only had one bed and a sofa. The staff told me this room was an upgrade, but it didn’t suit our needs at all. I asked to switch back to the original type of room, but I had to wait over 20 minutes again. I felt that the staff was really inefficient. Eventually, we were given a room with two beds, but we had to give up the lake view. To make things worse, my son found a sharp piece of glass on the floor of the room. Thankfully, no one got hurt.

Love the car park for people who have a car rental.

My fiancé, pup, and I had an amazing time at the Westin. We were greeted and taken care of very seamlessly. Their accommodation to allowing dogs made our stay so much less stressful. The hotel was very quiet, rooms are a great size. We were able to fit a large crate in the room with no issues. We will stay here again next time we need a hotel in the area!

Although the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two.

The room was cleaned well, the front desk staff was unenthusiastic, breakfast was edible.

The hotel is very satisfactory, the room is big, the bedding is good, and it meets the international four-star standard. I will stay here again next time I come to Boston. The only thing that needs improvement is that the waiting time for breakfast is too long. We need to wait for about half an hour every day. Also, the attitude of the front desk is average. The request for a 30-minute delay in check-out was rejected without hesitation. In addition, the parking fee is 20 per day.

The Westin is a good hotel, and I personally think it is worth recommending in Boston. The hotel's hardware facilities are very good, and the staff is very friendly. Various software services are also in place.

The room facilities are old and the hygiene is poor. The quilt is too thick, it is too hot when covered, and too cold when not covered.

It is convenient to eat in the hotel, and there are good restaurants nearby. It is very close to Costco and you can walk there. The area around the hotel is relatively quiet, giving guests a better stay experience.
