"It's a 10 minute walk from the international bus stop, and a supermarket and market are next door. The Gate of Dawn, the entrance to the old city, is also right in front of you.
Breakfast was also delicious. The room is spacious and the water pressure in the shower is good. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a water server near the entrance, so it's not a problem.
I think this is the perfect hotel for sightseeing."

"The Congress Hotel in Vilnius left me with positive, but slightly mixed impressions. On the one hand, the lobby and restaurant are really pleasing to the eye: they are new, stylish and create a pleasant atmosphere. I especially liked the breakfast, which was varied and delicious.
However, the rooms, unfortunately, are a bit tired. It feels like they could do with a little renovation or updating. It is also worth noting that the room was quite hot, and the air conditioning could not be turned on independently, it was set to a timer.
Overall, the Congress Hotel is a good choice for a stay in Vilnius, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time outside the room."

"This should be one of the best hotels in Vilnius. There are many luxury cars parked in the yard, but I feel it is just at the level of three stars in Beijing. The room is very small, there are no toiletries and kettles. The location is very city center, but to be honest, Vilnius is very small, so you have to make do with it."

No car park nearby or very expensive, so you need to walk because in the heart of the old town.

"Hotel location is good, the environment is good, but in the old city pedestrian street, taxi is not convenient. Said to be a four-star hotel, even Samsung can not reach, the door face is particularly small, not easy to find. The most important thing is that I booked and prepaid, there is no room, let me go to another hotel, people are in a foreign land, it is a helpless! But Ctrip is still good, and compensation is a comfort."

"The location was great and we were allowed to check out an hour later, which we were very happy about. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room and the air conditioning constantly made a whistling noise. After checking out, €4.50 was deducted from our credit card deposit for a coke that we didn't take (we didn't take anything from the minibar). The issue was resolved and the €4.50 was refunded, but it was still a bit annoying and the communication didn't go quite smoothly. But what should also be highlighted positively was the delicious breakfast and the friendly service staff at breakfast."

"Great hotel, but the staff and communication are 0. I booked an Exclusive Queen Room in advance and upon arrival I was given a room where my suitcase just fit in the bedroom. After knocking at reception several times, I was always told that that was the only room available. So I paid for the most expensive room(128 euros per night) and I get the cheapest room. That shouldn't have happened. The next day, at the end of the day, I did get a room that I paid for, but that's of no use to me. When I arrived at the hotel I had an important appointment in the city. That couldn't go ahead because I had to argue for more than 2 hours at the counter (I was still assigned to an inappropriate room that evening). I'm going to try to upload a photo of that ”exclusive queen room”."

YYixuanThe location is perfect, very convenient to shops and famous tourist spots, all within walking distance. The reception is friendly and helpful with questions. Can feel the hotel is old but yet clean and comfortable to stay. Can hear the sound when people talking on the aisle but overall not the noise that’s loud enough to disturb you sleep. Will definitely book this hotel if I were to visit Vilnius again.

JJen N.I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was on the 5th floor and I loved the view of the mural on the opposite building. The bed was cozy with 6 pillows and I had a restful sleep in it. The bathroom was well lit and spacious. The breakfast was good, they had nice options to choose from. The lady at the bar area in the restaurant was pleasant when I asked for hot chocolate, as I couldn’t find the option on the coffee machine. Turns out they have 3 machines but the one behind doesn’t make hot chocolate. I liked the swing and spent some minutes on it after taking a stroll to a nearby restaurant in the evening.
On the downside, I noticed water marks on the table top in the bedroom and sink. It seemed like the surface had not been wiped in since the last stay. I also noticed hair strands on the sink counter in the bathroom. I assumed there would be bathroom slippers and I didn’t come with mine, but there wasn’t and the bathroom floor was a bit cold. Guess I should always have mine handy ☺️. Overall, it was nice

EEU travelera bit far away from bus and train station , but it is in a very nice location , kind of newly developed area (not the old town) , which is quite nice , not so noisy. Inside the hotel everything is new , all in all definitely worth to stay there.

Iirina03Stayed for 1 night and I loved the luxury experience for an affordable price. The room is super clean & has coffee, tea & water heater and a fridge.
Breakfast is very delicious, you can order and take from the buffet and everything is included. Staffs are kind and ask me if I need anything. Location is so good! Literally in front of the Old Town and the prettiest streets of Vilnius.
The only downside is Wi-Fi is weak in room on third floor and should be improved.

AAnonymous Usernot too far away from the central train station or the bus station. spacious enough for me and my suitcase. breakfast was alright and there are enough vegetarian options for me, i’m very satisfied. wifi was super weak tho. i liked the window design. luggage storage was available after check out and when i came back to get the luggage, there was no one at the reception and i just opened the door to the luggage room and got my stuff (the door wasn’t locked which was kinda concerning, but it was locked when i left my luggage there and the staff opened the door for me) so i guess they ain’t too serious about locking the door lol but overall the stay was fantastic and i will come back if i come to vilnius again

New enough, big enough and convenient enough
New: It seems to have opened in 2023
Large: I forgot how square it is, but it’s more than enough to fit four 29-inch suitcases.
Convenience: Very convenient to get to the old city
The only drawback is that there is no shower curtain
But I found that it seems that many Western countries don’t have it 😂
In fact, the toilet is a bathtub
But I’m not very used to using a bathtub🤣🤣🤣

JJonOwojasPerfect location right next to the train station and the Old Town. Rooms are basic but definitely do the job, the breakfast is once again pretty basic but does the job. Overall definitely a good hotel in terms of location, the amenities and room could do with a bit of work however for the price you really can’t complain.
