Tattered conditions. What i can’t understand is that even a badly rundown ironing board was provided in my room. Is that so difficult to replace it with a new or at least an intact one?

Being a person who had the privilege to visit a couple other countries I will like to say this experience here at Marriott Villahermosa VSA Mexico took me of guard. The staff here are very friendly and always willing to make sure the guest are taken care off. The Mexican food here is top notch ,room service is never late and never had I any issues with wrong orders. Thanks to Judith Olan, Isabel Carlos, Alberto Romero and Luis Angel for making my stay worthwhile.

This hotel has of a Marriott only the name and is a disgrace for the brand. It is old, in very poor condition and is dirty. I don't know what are the other hotels like in Villahermosa but this place is definitely not up to the comments I had read here. It smells very badly humidity and will stink your clothes and luggage. It is not a question of room or floor as my colleague who stayed in the club floors (I forgot if it was the 11th or 12th) had the same experience with bad mood smell. I hope to never have to return to this place.

I frequently stay in this hotel in a room on executive level. The waiter in the executive lounge Selso makes morning’s very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is quite comfortable and my stays here are very pleasant.

My wife and I took a mini vacation and booked a four-night stay at the Marriott Villahermosa Hotel because it’s ranked as a quality hotel. However, we were disappointed with some issues we experienced. The lobby has a musty smell, and the metal door frame in the bathroom of our room had much corrosion due to moisture condensation from the air conditioner register. A hotel of this category and price should not have these issues. The worst complaint is that we had trouble sleeping Saturday night because of the loud music from a social event that lasted until 4:00 am.

Good location and good hotel. The property needs updating because of carpets. The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Looks like the hotel is qute busy with oilfield workers.

The two days we spent were pleasant. Staff were kind and efficient, but the rooms and demeanour of the hotel is tired and needs an update. Yes, must be difficult in covid times. Ate at the restaurant, would suggest going out if you can.

I was reading some recent reviews of the "Marriot Villahermosa Hotel" and I saw some them were "Not Good" or actually "Bad". I disagree with them and after spending 50 nigths in the last 8 months in the hotel, I believe that my point of view will be more objective than others (with all due respect). First the services is good, and sometimes (most of them) is great. Everybody is always willing to help (Front Desk, Bells Boys, Waitress, etc). Indeed you have new hires which are less capable of answering questions or helping first hand, but there is always a "backup". We all have been "new" to certain jobs and we all have had the need to learn, so being hard on people just because they are taking their first steps on this bussines is not fair. The Rooms are like in most of the Marriots : Clean, Spacious, Well Maintained, etc. The breakfast buffete is the best in town for a Hotel (I have already try several other options in Villahermosa) and on top of the "flavour" the service in the restaurant and in the executive lounge is always very good. So... don't be afraid and book your next stay in here, you will not regret it.

Stayed 3 prepaid nights and the stench of the air conditioner ducts was unbearable humidity odor caused by the moldy air ducts is a health hazard. Marriott Hotels should be careful as to whom they rent their brand name to

Beautiful hotel with poor service. The staff seems to be not well trained. I asked to make a local phone call and they couldn’t tell me how. They would not help with restaurant reservations. But the worse was that we asked for an extra bed. It took hours to get it and then it came without bedding and mattress was dirty. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they didn’t have one because it was too early 08:00. Would not stay there again.

Excelente atención por parte de los empleados, tienen personal muy capacitado, agradezco el atento trato del área de recepción, los chicos que ayudan con el equipaje, el área de restaurante, pero sobre todo un especial trato por parte del área de teléfonos, agradeciendo su enorme atención en cada llamada diaria para pedir mis alimentos, Guadalupe Cruz de at your service y Sidney son dos chicas muy alegres y demasiado amables en cada llamada. Recomiendo 100% para estancias largas por parte de compañías.
