Tattered conditions. What i can’t understand is that even a badly rundown ironing board was provided in my room. Is that so difficult to replace it with a new or at least an intact one?

The hotel is located in the city center. I booked a slightly larger room with a promotion (cake provided), but I didn't receive the cake. And the room is big. It's a big room with a cold bed. There was no point in using the large room. Haha

The decoration is old, the air conditioner is a bit noisy, but everything else is OK. The service staff is very friendly and it is close to the mall
