Cleanliness is ok. Parking not free quite expensive. Other than that, all good.

Everything is nice. You can get feeling like staying at the apartment and train station is just opposite of the hotel.

The overall environment of the hotel is good. The disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator in the room, which is not very convenient.

The hotel is in a great location and offers free parking, which is a hard-to-find service.

It's amazing hotel... I stayed at this hotel on my way to Vienna, Austria. I needed a safe and spacious parking lot because I was traveling by car, but this hotel was connected to a perfect public parking lot, so it was very convenient. Also, the location is good and there are many good restaurants nearby.

Everything perfect, the staff trained, professional and very courteous.

Good in all aspects, recommended.

房間非常乾淨整潔，面積不小，周圍也有超市，酒店就在Villach hbf的對面，車站周圍也非常安全，晚上一點也不吵，房間裏也沒有異味，非常值得推薦。

호텔은 무척 깨끗하고 직원들은 매루 친절합니다. 우리는 자그레브로 가기위한 버스를 탈 예정이었는데 방에서 버스 정류장이 보여서 무척 편리했습니다. 역에 있는 공영주차장은 비록 유료이지만 호텔과 지하로 연결되어 무척 편리했습니다
