We book this hotel after finishing the Camino Frances and did not disappoint. Great location. Very clean and modern accommodation, and Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel. This hotel was very modern and the room I had was big (for Europe). The staff was nice and welcoming and could check me in earlier than I expected (I arrived around noon). The bathroom was normal size (for Europe) and there was plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. They also offered some toiletries if you needed them. The hotel is located very centrally being only a few steps away from the city center and an easy walk to the port. The hotel offered breakfast but I didn’t ask for that since the price seemed steep (especially when you can buy something at a cafe for cheaper) One recommendation I have is if you are driving a car to ask them where to park before going there, as the parking is a few blocks away and you can’t park on the street (or if you can you’re a pro at finding parking). Just understand that if you park anywhere other than where they tell you, you could be charged more than once. I parked at a different parking garage up a few streets and the hotel staff told me that I could come and go with parking after paying the discounted rate of 15€. They also said all the underground parking was “the same”. It is not the same. The underground parking is literally huge and there are several options and you could walk forever when trying to find your car. Anyhow, I left the other garage and toured the city and then parked in the garage they recommended, thinking I was covered with the pay one rate plan. Unfortunately this was not the case and I was out another 15€ to get out of the parking garage. An extremely pricey lesson to learn. Other than the parking issue, I really liked the hotel and would return if in the area (just without a car)

I have stayed in numerous hotels in Vigo and, as far as customer service is concerned, this was far and away the best. All the staff I dealt with, from Sole and colleagues to the staff in the breakfast room, addressed each request I had with energy and pleasant professionalism, and were warmly attentive at all times. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great Hotel - with wonderful rooms. Very well appointed, nice bathrooms, close to many shops and restaurants. The receptionist named Sole was exceptional- she recommended local restaurants and attractions. She has a great personality and was very attentive. We were 17 pilgrims on the Camino, and this was the very nicest hotel of all. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service! I loved my stay at this hotel. If you are looking for a great experience near old town in Virgo…. This hotel is an excellent choice. Great breakfast, great size room, great location and amazing customer service experience.

Simple, elegant, comfortable and very well located hotel. Very well-kept and clean facilities, served by very polite and pleasant staff. A good breakfast and availability of nearby parking completed a very nice offer.

We stayed for a week in two adjoining rooms, as a family. I am surprised that the hotel does not have more written opinions because the truth is that the entire team contributes to making your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you to the reception staff, always friendly and smiling and trying to offer excellent information 🙂. And we don't want to forget the wonderful waitresses who made sure we didn't miss anything 😍 during those wonderful breakfasts on the Mezzanine, helping us with everything we needed. By the way, the best breakfast we have ever had, orange juice and natural fruits, all kinds of rolls and toast, coffee, various cold cuts, various quality pastries, giving us the option of making whatever we wanted hot at the moment (thank you to the cook to whom my children gave more work than usual by ordering eggs and bacon every morning😅) The spacious and quiet rooms, comfortable bed and great detail of the capsule coffee maker. The area where the hotel is located is great, close to multiple restaurants, shops, theater and museums and the port. Train and bus in one ride. In short, a pleasure that I hope we can repeat. Thanks again to everyone. (I haven't written on TripAdvisor for a long time but this time the occasion deserved it).
