This is a good budget option, it's so close to the night markets and surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. The wifi was really good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Con, my room had visible mould and water damage.

The staff are all very friendly and assisted me in all my needs. The location is superb. The cook makes delicious food at budget prices. Phun the receptionist is very informative on where to get things and helps in the taxi bookings which charges better than the tuktuks. The only setback I had were the mosquitoes in the far-end rooms because there are no draft stopper at the bottom of the doors. But they will give you a mosquito spray at night or they will tell the domestic worker to spray it for you during the day. I will surely recommend it to my friends and tell them to request not to put them in the far end rooms.

The location is very good, very close to the Mekong Night Market, there are food and drink along the street, come next time.

Overall a really good hostel to stay in Vientiane. We couldn't find any available rooms online anymore so we direct messaged them on Facebook and it turned out they still had a twin room free for our dates. The room was not very large but big enough to be comfortable in. Bathroom was clean but the toilet seat was loose so had to be careful using this. All in all the room was good enough for us. The café downstairs is really nice, breakfast that was included was lovely and large portions (especially the rice soup) and the food we had for lunch there was amazing. Really nice vibes as well so you could even come here just for the food if you're staying elsewhere. The only minus for this place is the location. It's a bit on the edge of the city centre and quite a walk away from the hustle and bustle. There's some things to do close by, like the famous arch, but most good restaurants and bars are on the other end of the centre 15-20 minutes walk away. We don't mind walking a bit so not a huge problem for us but just something to keep in mind. We also organised our transport, the sleeper bus service to Pakse, which all went really well. They picked us up in a minivan at the agreed time and brought us to the bus station. There the driver paid for our tickets and showed us to our sleeper bus. We were surprised by the bus in a positive way, which was much better and nicer than we expected from all the stories we'd heard. It looked like the driver bought the tickets from a company called Chitprasong and they used King of Bus buses which were pretty comfortable. Just be aware the beds are for 2 people so if you're alone you'll have to share with a stranger. All in all highly recommend though

Communication is very convenient, especially the internal policies of the accommodation party such as: washing clothes and cooking are not allowed in the room. If there is a difference between the order and the order, the two parties will implement the order according to the content of the order after communication. Life is very convenient.

If anybody wants to stay in Vientiane, please avoid this terrible and disgusting hotel. I booked a single room from 18 May 2023 to 19 May 2023 and the room is very dirty, uncleaned bed and dirty smoking smell. When I checked in and I ask the receptionist to change. He can not speak well English and then I asked to talk to the owner or manager, he lied me and switched the phone to other guy at home. I did told him that in Luang Prabang, it was not like this. The hotel in LPB is very clean,staff are supportive and friendly not like him and I can not imagine how uneducated and impolite reply from this guy. He said if I enjoyed LPB then I just go back there to stay and don’t stay in Vientiane and he said I should cancel my reservation through Agoda and he doesn’t care how it will happen next while it was 22:00 local time. Where should I go??? Such a rude way of customer service that I have ever experienced. Inclusion, this is very terrible and not worth staying in Vientiane. Please stay aware of this place.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the temples and shopping. There is a restaurant next door, and the night market is about one kilometer away. Although the room is a bit old, it is clean and fresh. It is not difficult to find it on the street, and the rooms inside are quieter. It is very cost-effective, and there is nothing to complain about this price.

The g/h was hard to find as wrong phone number quoted and different facade from one on web site. Despite having confirmation of booking and money taken from bank a/c[hotels booking.com] I was told there was not a reservation for me. They had only one room available which I paid cash for each day for the 5 nights. My room was not serviced throughout my stay but fresh towels were supplied on request. The lady in charge was overloaded with work and seemed at times to be unable to cope. I had trouble obtaining my train ticket which was delivered to g/h and told it was not there when in fact it was. A laundry service was available and on final day I found a shirt among my laundry that was not mine. The bed was comfortable, air/con worked well and the roomy shower had good hot water. The g/h was a glorified back packers with private rooms and seemed to have a few long term residents. For around US$14 per night it was ok but in hindsight I would have paid a bit extra for a nicer place.
