The hotel far from everything. Reception people can not speak English I always see they're gathering together and eating at the Reception area. Room toilets water leaking also the air-conditioning too old and make a loud noise.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel staff was not friendly whatsoever, and the guy was not polite. The room is dirty, and the sheet is not clean.

At first it seemed that I had exaggerated my expectations for this hotel, but compared to other options in the capital, this one looks great in terms of price - quality. Polite and friendly staff.

Very bad……I can't believe there is such a smelly room……Dark and damp😡Maybe you will get sick here😷Spent $16 and I don't think it was worth it Anyway it stinks really bad and will make you feel sick👋🏻

Hotel is a bit old, but it's OK for the price you pay. Location is close to Patuxay, but a longer walk to the night market and center with bars etc. Around the hotel there's enough restaurants and bars if you don't want to walk tough.

This hotel is too good staff and also so caring and clean

Many things need repairing. Lights didn't work and the bed was noisy as was the AC.

The dog is the plus point for this accommodation. Everything is not good, especially cleanliness.

Room was ok, we had a problem with electricity going out a lot and they didn't seem to care to fix it, leaving us with no air and electricity for nearly 3 hours. The smell of the bathroom and the hotel was horrible. Not many places to eat or do nearby, everything was about half an hour to an hour walk. They had a lovely cat and dog

I have used this hotel. It's a little far from the center, but there are electric bike rentals. It is close to the Thai Embassy. There are many local restaurants in the area. The staff is very friendly and the service is very good, they even changed my room. 私はこのホテルを利用しました。 中心地から少し離れてるが、電気バイクのレンタルがあります。タイ大使館へは近いです。 周辺には、ローカルなレストランがたくさんあります。 スタッフはとても親切で、サービスがとても良く、部屋も変えてくれました。

One main issue is that this hotel is not environment friendly. Rooms are containing aircons but it is barely closed. The hole in the wall which is used to connect indoor and outdoor units is not sealed at all. Windows have a huge gap and unable to be closed tight. Also there is no sound privacy. It's easy to hear if your neighbors having sex.

This Hotel is not as is advertised...the location is poor it is in a poor state of repair and is not what you expect to pay for.On check in we were told we could not have our original booked room and had to have 2 singles...this was not acceptable and when we complained they gave us a double room and we wish they hadn't...it was damp,smelt and the door would not close properly-and the shower leaked constantly. We complained to the front desk and they gave us what they referred to as a superior room but wanted to charge a further $35 to move to that room...after serval conversations with the owner(in china) we agree on $10. We decided that night that we would check out the following morning and find a hotel which was closer. We complained again but no refund was given except the $10 we had to pay above the original booking.Very very poor hotel and should have new review and photos uploaded as it is in a very bad state of repair. Will never stay there again.
