Vienna Hotels with Pools

My husband and I chose this hotel for our one-year anniversary honeymoon. It would have been nice if the room had a garden view. I sent a message saying that we hope the room will be decorated for our honeymoon, but it wasn't. I was a little disappointed. Other things were good, and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was good size and very near to the Wien HBF station, which also had the tram stop. I love the washing machine within the unit. Did not try breakfast.

Breakfast, for instance, was an experience I won’t forget. Their Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t just about the dish. It was the way it was served, with care, with pride, and with the intent to make my morning special. To everyone who works here: thank you. You’re not just doing a job, you’re creating moments that stay with people. You turned my stay into something I’ll look back on with a smile, and that’s not something that happens everywhere. The view and the vibe are amazing! You can enjoy the sunset at the riverside canteen or walk along the river that is really relaxing. Also, the pool is great, especially during summer. But it only opens until 8pm which we did not catch up. Above, it was quite good. Recommended :)

I travelled to many countries, this hotel gave me very bad experiences. Service are bad. I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again.

nice room with good location and also great people. It's not very perish compared to other same-level hotels in Vienna.

The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. It was just that their front desk had zero tolerance for excessive things and took the initiative to stop practical actions to solve the problem.

It’s good hotel but definitely not 5 stars Good style and furniture. But we asked for a kettle and we’ve got it without cups and tea No hair conditioner. Be ready that your shower is almost in your room And gym is tiny and not good equipped

Super good location. Close to some landmarks and transport. Great breakfast. Front desk was overly enthusiastic and helpful with everything. One small issue is that in my room some of the lightbulbs (2) did not work and I would think for a five star hotel they would pay attention to these small details and uphold a higher standard. But otherwise a really great stay and will return again next time.

The service is super good, our room minibar is free, coffee free drinking water can also let aunt take a few bottles. If you have any questions, you can find the front desk. When you come back, you can also book a taxi for us. The speed is very fast and the breakfast is rich. The location is not very central, slightly northerly, going to the inner city for one or two kilometers, there are too few people nearby, and the street is empty.
