Vienna Hotels with Pools

I got another Ritz room card haha. The location of this hotel is very good. It is only about a five-minute walk from the Golden Hall. There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location is very good. The person who helped check in at the front desk was Madeleine. I secretly wrote down her name. She was so nice. She spoke in an organized manner, was very meticulous, and was very friendly. My first impression of this place was very good. The price of the room is not low. You can get a suite at the same price in China. The space is only about 30 square meters. The shower space here is larger than that in Budapest. There is also a bathtub and the toiletries are also from the diptyque fig series. The room provides free glass bottles of mineral water every day. It is not as good as the turndown service in Buda, but overall it is very good.

It’s good hotel but definitely not 5 stars Good style and furniture. But we asked for a kettle and we’ve got it without cups and tea No hair conditioner. Be ready that your shower is almost in your room And gym is tiny and not good equipped

Family of four stayed here for 5 days to meet with friends coming from Italy. The hotel is close to metro and tram so easily access to city for concerts and museums. Hotel has a lttle indoor pool (not heated) and sauna for kids to swim and play. Breakfast doesn’t have fresh fruits and not enough variety so each day is the same. Overall a pleasant stay.

There was a male waiter with a bad attitude at breakfast. He collected the plates before the time came. I could hear him talking to other waiters about the customers who had just left. When we checked in, the TV in the entire hotel was not working, but there was no reminder when we checked in. We only told him after we asked. When we needed to apply for a late check-out, the front desk said that because the TV was broken, we could check out half an hour later. The facilities in the room were average. The window faced a nearby residential building. Not only was there no view, but the privacy was also a bit worrying. In short, a very bad experience in all aspects of Le Meridien

I travelled to many countries, this hotel gave me very bad experiences. Service are bad. I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again.

The decoration style of the hotel is unique and exquisite, the breakfast is very exquisite, but the room cleaning is really poor. The room is often not equipped with toiletries. What's more ridiculous is that the waiter broke the tea cups and fairness cups we brought with us without explaining the situation. The management in this aspect is relatively poor. Due to the language barrier, I didn't care about the tea cups, but I will not consider staying in this hotel in the future.

We liked Hilton Waterfront overall but please see some good things and areas of improvement: - Leon and Maria at main reception are really good and excellent. They do everything to take care of guests and do best effort. Hilton Management should award them for their excellent job. - Natasha in Executive Lounge is also very good in her work. She looks at minute details and ensure every guest is taken care very well. She is excellent and Hilton Management please take note of her good work. - Overall Hilton Waterfront has water problem that is either extremely hot water comes or extremely cold water comes and it not easy to get it fixed. Please improve it. - Many things such as phone in room, lockers in Sauna area etc does not work and someone needs to check them on regular basis to ensure everything is seamless. Overall we liked it. Due to above mentioned people, we loved our stay and ignored any hick-ups.

The breakfast is nutritious, and the service attitude is good. The traffic location is good, making it convenient to travel around. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, the room is comfortable and elegant, and there is a fixed parking space. It's my choice as always.

The service is super good, our room minibar is free, coffee free drinking water can also let aunt take a few bottles. If you have any questions, you can find the front desk. When you come back, you can also book a taxi for us. The speed is very fast and the breakfast is rich. The location is not very central, slightly northerly, going to the inner city for one or two kilometers, there are too few people nearby, and the street is empty.

Enjoy my stay. Less than 5 mins walk to train station with great supermarket. nice and clean stay for short lay over. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Like the chilling cold weather, bed was comfortable and hot water heater was consistent.
