It was clean and pleasant. Location is good but obviously since Vienna is too big, it might be inconvenient for some.

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable ! The proximity to the train station, just a short 3-minute walk away, made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. Additionally, having two supermarkets right opposite the hotel was incredibly convenient for picking up any essentials we needed. The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and provided us with a very comfortable stay. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even helping us to print our opera tickets. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend to others.

We were given an executive suite during check in. Welcome drink were offered by friendly receptionist.Location was good.About 10 mins walk to QBB train station or bus main station.Plenty of cafes and supermarkets nearby. We enjoyed our stay!!

Fantastic location, walkable from Hbf

Room is clean, spacious and cater for old people with wheel chair. A few Minimarket nearby for groceries. 15 min walk to Naschmarkt and 40 min walk to St Stephen's Cathedral. The long walk make easy by all window shopping along the way.

There's not much to say, everything was perfect, what more could you want

The room is large, the bed is comfortable. Very poor soundproofing, you can hear people walking and talking in the corridor.

The hotel room is clean, the elevator is a bit small, it is very close to Vienna HBF train station, there is a subway entrance, supermarket, restaurant downstairs, and close to Belvedere Palace, it is very convenient as a transit hotel~

It's about a ten-minute walk from Vienna Central Station and very close to the subway station. The hotel looks new but not decorated. There is an elevator. The room is not small. There is a large terrace on the floor where we stayed. There is a kettle, refrigerator, and hair dryer. It's great. We stayed in four hotels and one B&B on this trip, and this one is the most satisfactory one.

The room was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure and the hair dryer was great. I think the location is also good for the price. However, the room has floor heating like in Korea, so it gets very dry. Just be careful about that.
