Very nice staff, overall not bad for a couple of nights. Upper beds not very comfortable, towels and locker available with deposit. The hostel is located in downtown, which has its pros and cons.

The service staff was very friendly, which I appreciated. But there are a lot of homeless people nearby, which is disturbing. The room has no ventilation, seems to have not been cleaned, and the facilities are also very poor. Since I booked the hotel at the last minute and the price was not high, I accepted it. The hotel has two locks, but the odd tenant is a little unsettling. Thank you very much to the receptionist for changing me to a more suitable room! If I were given a choice again, I would not choose this hotel. I still appreciate every service member's help. Breakfast is a simple buffet with hard-boiled eggs, toast and juice. Dinner was simple rice with sauce on top. There are many supermarkets nearby. You can choose to go shopping on your own, but be sure to avoid the hordes of homeless people.

This hostel is very good, breakfast is also good, the staff also speaks with love, I will definitely stay in this hostel again when I go to Canada, thank you to all the staff.

Most of the staffs are friendly.. could have been 5 if one of the staff don’t give me an attitude.. I think the stay is worth the price especially with the free breakfast.

Excellent hostel right in the midst of Victoria. A short walk to the harbor and Chinatown. Super duper value. Free sumptuous breakfast (cheese, olives, tuna, hard boiled eggs, jam, butter, bread, waffles and blue berries) and free dinner!

I haven't get any amenity there cauze there was just place to stay. But it was cleaner than I expected!

It was my first time staying at a backpacker hotel with my family. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom and toilet are made of enamel and are clean and well-cleaned. The water is quite hot. However, it was hard to tell if it was in use. It was also difficult to open and close the lock on the fence door. There was a lot of breakfast and we were very satisfied. I would like to use it again.

The service was great, with free breakfast, dinner, drinks, etc. The only problem was that the shower water was lukewarm no matter how much I adjusted it.
