Very convenient location of the hotel, close to Kyoto train station, bus stop. The rooms are comfortable, there is a small wardrobe, a shelf by the bed, a small table. Next to the bed is a USB socket for charging a smartphone. Cleaning, clean towels and a set of home clothes (sweatshirt and trousers) every day. Excellent breakfasts, a large selection of delicious Japanese and European dishes.

very convenient location near Kyoto station. Clean, new and big Triple room. Twin rooms are good enough too. Left luggage facilities and they hold luggage before check-in. Connected to 7-eleven. Wifi sometimes disconnects for family, but works well for me. Have to do self check-in and self checkout which can be tedious. Will book again if visiting Kyoto.

Good hotel, location is verry closed to kyoto station. Clean and room is big. Breakfast is include, and good menu. There is a place for our lugage before check in time. I recomendate this hotel, and I will stay here when I come back in kyoto again.

The location was perfect, right next to Kyoto Station. The room was new, spacious, and very comfortable. However, service was lacking—check-in/out was via an unfriendly self-service machine, and our request for extra pillows was ignored. We had to collect them ourselves in plastic bags from reception. Great room and location, but service needs improvement.

Previously, you had to check in at the front desk and then pay at the payment machine, but now you can do both at once. Fantastic stay at VIA INN PRIME KYOTOEKI HACHIJOGUCHI! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Kyoto Station, which made getting around super easy. One major plus was the 7-Eleven directly connected to the hotel, which was so convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or even a quick breakfast. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were polite and efficient. A perfect base for exploring Kyoto!

Good for live experience and very close to Kyoto station (2 mins by walk) and the hotel is clear and convenient! Will visit this hotel very soon when next time come back to Kyoto.

Very near to Kyoto Station hardly 100meter. Hotel integrated with a 7 eleven. From hotel entrance. Make two right turn to Kyoto Station. And make one left turn follow by a right turn for Don Quijote( Don don donki) Super convenient. And there's also a AEON mall 150meter away

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The surrounding streets were very clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment. There’s a convenience store right downstairs, which made it super convenient to grab anything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and overall convenience!

Good location and modern. 7-11 store is linked to the hotel lobby and there is security as hotel guests have to tap the room card to exit 7-11 to enter the lobby. Easy check-in as there are many staff at the check-in counters. Checking-out is a breeze as guests are able to do it by yourself at the machines. Will definitely return when in Kyoto :)

Excellent facilities. Distance between Kyoto station and the hotel is only 2 mins. Rooms are clean and the decoration style makes me comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location, just 5 minutes from Kyoto Station. However, the service is just average and the Wifi connection is a bit unstable (and you have to connect through the in-room TV). Check-out time is at 10am, earlier than most hotels in Japan.
